hey guys its my first cycle honestly looking for some advice. Im 23 5'10 200lbs. Im planning on running sust 250 monday and thursday for 10 weeks. i work out 3-5 times a week, and try to eat every 2 hours mostly high protein. wondering if you guys had some suggestions: diet, training, gains, ect...thanks for the input fellas look forward to hearing from you!
