Something I've been wondering about, and something I've found nothing written about, is the idea of Pre Cycle Therapy. The only person I know who addressed any similar idea is Bryan Haycock in his HST workout, where the two week block of high rep work helps your connective tissues and muscle prepare for the heavy work ahead.

My question is this: in everyone's experience and reading what's the best ideas for a pre cycle prep, other than having a diet that's in order and having all your necessary supplements on hand before you begin? One thing I definitely threw in before any prohormone cycle I've done is at least a week of rest, followed by a few weeks of frequent low volume work to lead into the heavier work later in the cycle. I'm inclined to believe that the work you do before a cycle is as important as during and after.
