I am currently on week one, day 4 of precycle. Work outs are still 4 day splits with option to hit chest twice each week.

seated chest flyes: 120x8 (2)
DB flyes: 35x8 (3)
DB Pullovers 65x10 (2)
Tricep Extension: 65x10(2), 70x8(2)
Dips, body weight: 12
Dips, weighted 25lbs: 8
Tri bench dips: 8
