    aiight guys. My first log and post on AM.
    I have recently run H-Drol successfully and now moving up.
    weight on H-Drol started out at 180 ended up at 195.
    age:35
    Current weight 196 and hope to get the same gains if not better running this cycle. I will be using a combination of CEl M-Drol, Primordial Dermacrine-LV and Sustain Alpha-LV. PCT will also consist of Nolva

    Following is my actual cycle and dosing.

    Pre-Cycle:2 weeks
    Purus Organ Shield : 1 am/1pm
    Fish Oil: 2000g daily (2 gels)
    Multi Vits
    HB, 1 - 3x daily
    Celery Seed Extract, 3-3x daily
    Flaxseed Oil

    M-Drol-Cycle: 4 weeks
    week 1:
    CEL M-Drol 10mg
    PP's Dermacrine (4ml twice daily)
    Organ Shield : 1 am/1pm
    Taurine: 5g
    Fish Oil: 2000g daily (2 gels)
    Multi Vits
    HB, 1 - 3x daily
    Celery Seed Extract, 3-3x daily
    Flaxseed Oil


    week 2:
    CEL M-Drol 20mg
    PP's Dermacrine (4ml twice daily)
    Organ Shield : 1 am/1pm
    Taurine: 5g
    Fish Oil: 2000g daily (2 gels)
    Multi Vits
    HB & Celery Seed Extract

    week 3:
    CEL M-Drol 20mg
    PP's Dermacrine (4ml twice daily)
    Organ Shield : 1 am/1pm
    Taurine: 5g
    Fish Oil: 2000g daily (2 gels)

    HB, 1 - 3x daily
    Celery Seed Extract, 3-3x daily

    week 4:
    CEL M-Drol 20mg

    Nolva: 40/30/20/20/10......OR (2ml/1.5ml/1ml/1ml/.5ml) 1cc = 1ml
    I have both tablet and RC on hand
    Primordial Performance - Sustain Alpha: (5ml twice daily) 2 off days
    Organ Shield : 1 am/1pm
    Taurine: 5g
    Fish Oil: 2000g daily (2 gels)
    Multi Vits
    HB & Celery Seed Extract


    Diet will be a bulking diet- lots of protein, complex carbs - 6 meals daily.
    I will not be keeping up with Macros- Im not into it being that clean or looking for paper thin skin.

    workouts currently set for 4 day splits but might change.

    I have had comment to up my first week dosage of M-Drol to 20mg but haven't decided yet. thoughts?

    I am currently on week one, day 4 of precycle. Work outs are still 4 day splits with option to hit chest twice each week.

    Pretty light day yesterday-
    Monday 3-19-10
    Bench: 165x10 (1), 185x8 (2), 205x6 (1)
    incline Bench: 135x10 (3)
    seated chest flyes: 120x8 (2)
    DB flyes: 35x8 (3)
    DB Pullovers 65x10 (2)

    Tricep Extension: 65x10(2), 70x8(2)
    Dips, body weight: 12
    Dips, weighted 25lbs: 8
    Tri bench dips: 8

    Well i like the combination of the two products but with teh mdrol if you bump up the dosage to 20 i would run mdrol for 3WKS and not 4wks. . .i know some ppl go for 4wks but i have great success with just 3wks. . the nolva i would go 20/20/20/10 instead of 40/30/20/10. . .with nolva you want the lowest dose with the most efficency. . .if i were you i would toss in our PCT assist. . .natural natty buster. . . other than that i do believe everything looks good. . .

    Thanks I was going to purchase CEL Cycle Assist and the "store" was out. I like trying to get everything at one place, at one time so I opted for Purus Organ Shield instead.
    I used CEL CA for my previous H-Drol.

    Well make sure you let everyone know what you think of the Purus Organ Shield. . . I don't know to much about the company so i cannot give you any good or bad feedback on it. . I hope this cycle treats you right and it will be a fun ride. . . How many cycles have you ran and what were they?

  6. last PH cycle was H-Drol for 6 weeks with CA/Nolva/Reduce XT

    other cycles have been all Natty, including test cycles of Reversitol (v1)Animal M-Stak, Novadex XT/Plasmajet although none of these were logged.

  7. gotcha!! okie dokie so steppin up your gains hahah!! well expect on a good diet 4-5k with hard work 10-20lbs some where in there. . . everyone reacts differently but with a good PCT and hard work you should keep a minimum of 10lbs the str gains are nasty just make sure you have a partner in your pct so you can keep your str gains. . . mdrol is a great compound and expect results. . gains are seen weeks 2-3

    Because as it was stated in your PM, you aren't logging a supplement...you are logging a steroid therefore it goes under the Cycle Info section that is under the Anabolics section.

    Dinner tonight: 2 8oz pork chops, 2 cup egg whites

  14. How many hard boiled eggs with out the yolk is one cup of egg whites?? I would say that you need some more carbs in this diet. . . .carbs are going to fuel your energy. . i'm not saying GO NUTZ but you carb count is super low from the looks of it

  15. yea my carbs were down yesterday. Im thinking about getting a substitute like CARB MAX to supplement my carbs.

    The egg whites are liquid eggwhites. I just pour them into the measuring cup then scramble them with a little bit of EVOO and light butter.

    tonight is cardio and core.

    Doc Appoint for lab work:

    I went for my check up this A.M. and had lab work done to get my baselines. I Should get the result in 10 days. (I will be one week on M-Drol by then).
    I have a great doc and has dealt with patients and my circumstance before. His only concern was my BP which was a little high.

    My colonic aversion to fiber/wheat/whole grain is a malabsorption issue/sprue...I can't handle Gluten products anymore!!!

    this sucks because I love wheat bread, crackers...etc and that is where I get most of my complex carbs from. He said I should try to get my carbs from more raw vegetable...which I eat veggie everyday (have my own garden)

    so anyway that's today's update - depending on how my arm feels (after drawing blood) I may or may not work out this evening.

    Anyone have any ideas how to adjust my diet to becoming semi-gluten free??

  22. hey man if your bulking you should look in to this stuff called "Real Gains" by universal. REAL good weight gainer. Probably the best one ive seen around. And its really cheap. My buddy lilnardey has a review about it. I am new to the forum and I dont have enough posts to post the link haha but if you search it you'll find it

    thanks man I was actually just looking into that product!..torn between that and Controlled Labs Golden Gains...The GG Apple Pie is so good it'll make you slap somebody.

    i can do most of that , just not too much because of the gluten issue..makes me **** fire!
