Sick Cut Cycle(SD pulse, t3, clen)
Ive been training my roomate lately.. was a great athlete in highschool(put up 375 all natural in highschool)) and went to college to play football..hurt his knee but didnt really work out seriously since.. he is 22 soon to be 23... he wanted to drop weight and get in shape.. since then he has come to the gym with me religiously 5-7 days per week, following everything i say and working his ass off at cardio everyday. For his efforts hes dropped 28 pounds so far in about 3 months. He went from a slightly over-weight firm, not flabby 224. He was prob about 18-20 percent if i recall correctly(forget what he was at when we took it). He is now down to 12 percent last time we checked. Strength has stayed the same throughout weight loss.. We focus on heavy compound movements.. no light bullshti.. form over weight all day everyday so no one gets injured and we work out muscles properly... his form his fantastic by the way. He is going to do his first cycle.. we were going to use epistane.. but unfortunely the price to get it now is just too high. I had lots of Superdrol sitting around so i decided to whip him up a plan for a pulse. Here is the plan i made for him, any questions comments or concerns. I will update his progress on here weekly.

T3- one week at 50mcg, 9 days at75mcg, one week at 50mcg, 3 days at 25mcg, 4 days ar 12.5mcg
Clen- 1 on 1 off..second week on start at what ever last week of clen ended at... taper down 4 days after second week on clen
Superdrol- 20mg eod
DAILY:
- fish oil (6,000mg)
- milk thistle or liv-52 (1,000mg)
- NAC (1200mg)
- Red Yeast Rice (1200mg)
- multi-vitamin
- taurine (3,000-5,00mg)
- water (1 gallon)
DO NOT:
- take caffiene
- take preworkout drink
- take other stimulants(adderal)
- drink alcohol
Meals:
- 4 meals a day (8 oz protein)
- 3 carb meals on workout days (30-40gs per meal)
-carbs with first meal, carbs after workout, one more carb meal anytime u choose (brown rice, oatmeal, healthy cereal, whole wheat bread)
- 2 carb meals on nonworkout days
- lots of healthy fats (olive oil/safeflower oil, whole eggs, peanut butter, red meat, salmon, tuna)
- protein shake within 30 minutes of workout (bring shaker to gym)
- 3 to 4 snacks per day (tuna, peanut butter, protein bar, beef jerky, cottage cheese, banana, almonds, turkey bacon, string cheese, hardboilded eggs)
Workouts:
- 5 days weight lifting each week
- abs 3 days per week
- 35 to 45 minutes cardio 5 times a week (after weights)
- extra cardio if needed first thing in the morning for 20min on empty stomach
- track weights and add progressive weight each week
Side Effects:
- head aches
- nose bleed
- lethargy
- low sex drive
- nipple pain
- dry joints
- high blood pessure
- back pumps
- shin splints/calf pumps
*Monitor blood pressure 3x per week
- reps 8-12
- form over weight

If you pulse sd it may be good to get a 2 break on weekends and pulse mwf, that way he gets a nice natural hormone bounce from the 2 day break..if shutdown is something you are worried about then I think the eod will help limit the other sides though

haha yes.. very similiar to what your doing.. but running the t3 straight through and clen one week on, one week off...
im on t3, sd, e/c/a, and test prop right now.. running the sd straight through.. with e/c/a 2 on 2 off... im cutting up sick.. weight is litterarly flying off at 75mcg.. losing a little muscle ... but not too much.. ill prob up the sd dosage - 04-21-2010, 09:04 AM
