I have been on m14-e for a week now and was wondering if anyone would be interested in me posting a log. I have logged my first week in a notebook and will post it and keep it updated if anyone is interested.
Been lifting seriously for about 3 years.
Current age 22
Starting weight was 180
Target weight 190-195
6'2 Last time body fat was checked it was a couple years ago but was 8 percent I should still be under 10.
Try to eat around 5000 calories a day but as a college student in can be tough to do so and be healthy with current lack of money.
Taking m14-e with organ shield, cycle assist at half the dosage haven't really felt the need for a full dose and taking multi vitamin twice a day.
PCT will be recycle with Nolva I want to try pct without Nolva and just use recycle. Do you think I could try that and if I notice anything get on the Nolva immediately I have it on hand obviously but have had friends who just got off a cycle of Halovar which I know is a less powerful PH but another friend did a stack of E-pol and Halovar and another did a cycle of E-pol and all just used recycle and saw no significant sides and my buddy had an increase of 20 pounds on epol and only lost 2 pounds during pct and was only using recycle just wondering thoughts on this.
Im happy with results so far I know towards end of week two and in week 3 should really see strength gains.
Mostly impressed with weight gains so far because I stopped using creatine and will use in my pct to help sustain gains and I still gained weight in the first week even with probable loss of water weight due to stoppage of creatine.
So let me know if you are interested in the log I will post before and after picks as well and try to keep it as detailed as possible.
My school is currently on spring break and had to get a trial pass at a different gym so the weights might seem a little off because the machines may be different that im using and the weight might translate different. Hopefully you understood what im saying.
