I have been on m14-e for a week now and was wondering if anyone would be interested in me posting a log. I have logged my first week in a notebook and will post it and keep it updated if anyone is interested.

Been lifting seriously for about 3 years.
Current age 22
Starting weight was 180
Target weight 190-195
6'2 Last time body fat was checked it was a couple years ago but was 8 percent I should still be under 10.
Try to eat around 5000 calories a day but as a college student in can be tough to do so and be healthy with current lack of money.

Taking m14-e with organ shield, cycle assist at half the dosage haven't really felt the need for a full dose and taking multi vitamin twice a day.

PCT will be recycle with Nolva I want to try pct without Nolva and just use recycle. Do you think I could try that and if I notice anything get on the Nolva immediately I have it on hand obviously but have had friends who just got off a cycle of Halovar which I know is a less powerful PH but another friend did a stack of E-pol and Halovar and another did a cycle of E-pol and all just used recycle and saw no significant sides and my buddy had an increase of 20 pounds on epol and only lost 2 pounds during pct and was only using recycle just wondering thoughts on this.

Im happy with results so far I know towards end of week two and in week 3 should really see strength gains.

Mostly impressed with weight gains so far because I stopped using creatine and will use in my pct to help sustain gains and I still gained weight in the first week even with probable loss of water weight due to stoppage of creatine.

So let me know if you are interested in the log I will post before and after picks as well and try to keep it as detailed as possible.

My school is currently on spring break and had to get a trial pass at a different gym so the weights might seem a little off because the machines may be different that im using and the weight might translate different. Hopefully you understood what im saying.

So is anyone interested in a log or not I only want to go through the work of posting it if people are actually interested.

you have nolva theres no reason not to use it. your friends that didnt use a serm do not know they are fine unless they had bloodwork done so cant really claim that. and m14 and epi is going to shut u down . Id be interested in a log because i want to run this same cycle, but please use the nolva

Listen to this man, I actually skimmed it and just saw PCT and Nolva and assumed you were good. Use the Nolva.

K will do then on the nolva use...He just completely kept his gains and had a chest workout 25 days after cycle by himself with flat bench 225x10 245x8 265 x 6 and 225x 10 when before the cycle he could only do 225 3 or 4 times. But ya I would rather be safe then sorry its just interesting how i have 3 friends who did fairly intense cycles and did not use a serm and have had no serious side effects that they can tell. I understand they have not done blood work but still you have to understand what I am saying as well. But okay I will post the log then. Im a week in so it will take me a little bit to get this up to date so be a little patient but ya just to let you know im currently at 185 so roughly I would say about a 5 pound gain in the first week.

overall this was a solid day obviously to early to tell anything from PH's

Day 2: legs 4-2-10
It had been a while sense I really pushed my legs. Sometimes I find myself focusing on the muscles girls pay most attention to so my goal on this stack was really to gain weight and strength in my legs im really going to focus on them throughout this cycle.

Leg Curl 160x10 both legs 80x10 single leg 90x10 single leg 100x6 single leg
hamstring curl 75x10 90x 10 105x8 75x10
Leg Press 225x10 315x10 405x8
seated calf raise 45 single rasie 4 sets of 10 reps

Felt good during workout

I ran this stuff 2 bottles worth. Im not going to get into pct and all that jazz. Just watch your aggression.

Thats what I was thinking that of any of the sides I would notice some aggression but I have been really calm lately even when my girl is really moody and **** I have felt relaxed and calm but again its still early on lol

So I need to post a few more before i can post the before pics but will has soon as I reach that magical 50 mark lol

So day 3 was arms and that was on 4-3-10
This was a late workout which I hate and did not use pre workout because i actually wanted to be able to fall asleep.

Dumbbell curl 30x10 40x10 45x5 50x3
21's set on 35 ez curl 45 and 55
Preacher curl 45x10 55x8 65x6 again ez curl bar
hammer curl 30x10 35x10 40x8
Wide Grip followed by Reverse Grip 40x10 50x8 60x6 straight bar
Skull Crusher ezcurl bar followed immediatly by close grip pushups with same bar 75x10 85x10 95x8
Triceps pulldown with rope forgot to right down weights I apologize will right them down for next one
Tricep dips 4 sets of 15
tricep extension with dumbbells 10x10 12.5x10 15x10 20x8
Closegrip push ups 4 sets of 20

Day 4 4-4-10 Off Day

Day 5 4-5-10
Back
Seated Cable Row 160x10 180x10 190x6 200x4

Both days felt good but still no noticeable increases in strength as I said before i gained 5 pounds in the first week though. So i was very happy with those gains but I dont expect to see serious strength gains until what seemed like week 3 in most logs

Oh also I do abs every other day but I didnt feel like it was a must to post my ab workouts everyone has there own routine and knows the best way to target there own body so ya Im going to leave that out of the log.

I have a couple routines I use with dumbbells I did 3 sets for each of two routines 10x10 15x8 20x6 for each routine
Traps dumbbells 60x10 65x10 70x10

Felt good during workout but nothing significant to post

Damn I actually have Greek O's coming up maybe I could use a small bit of that aggression towards that haha but I will def keep track of my aggression.

I was very happy with my legs day I felt tons of energy and felt like I could keep going I also wasnt sore the next day which was a relief because my first day of legs during the workout I was extremely sore for about 4 days.

Leg Press:2 plates x10 3 plates x10 4 plates x10

Next Leg day im going to add in some new workouts again I felt amazing!

Day 8 (4-8-10)
Chest

So today was a great workout and I was worried how it started off. I usually play basketball for cardio and I got stuck playing more games then I wanted and was exhausted after. I was worried that I was going to have an extremely ****ty workout but the second I hit the weights I felt amazing and pumped. Not only did I have a great workout my body weight is up a very significant amount. I weighed in at about 188-189!!!

Hi guys quick question I got really paranoid 1 week in and stopped cycle. I also realized I wasnt quite prepared and didnt want to mess up what could be an amazing cycle seeing as i gained 8 pounds the first week. So I was going to hold off on teh m14-e for now would I be okay with just doing recycle for a week or so for pct having only done one week of cycle? also if i did a cycle of halovar i probably would not need a serm correct?
