i ordered 2 bottles of epidrol as a livergaurd im using himalaya and as a pct im using novedex xt anyone hav any suggestions on how to run a god cycle for maybe 6 weeks.... as a cycle i was thinking of doin 30 30 40 50 50

Need some more info from you What is your age training history, experience with AAS/PH and stats? I would recommend a SERM for PCT. Novedex XT isn't strong enough.

Your not going to like my answer but, stay away from steroids. Yes Epi is a steroid. I would continue to work hard and build natural until you are roughly 21 years old. There is a lot of risks you will be taking at running something so young and trust me it doesn't out weigh the gains. What is you body fat % at your curtrent height and weight? I can help you put together the correct diet to assist you in building naturally.

you are to young first off. second you have no idea what you are doing.just cuz you bought it does not mean you need to take it right now.the suff last a long time if not opened. take a few months read up on it .i do not think you should take it but if you do you should atlest do it right and you plan is not right

bad idea but search and read as many logs as you possibly can before you start, then post your plan and it will get critiqued. You really need to do some serious reading


Best advice i can give you is recoup your money by seeling your **** on ebay and work @ getting ur BF% down to 10-12%

There are things that can help you naturally like creatine, protein shakes, and pre-workout intensifiers. chuck. first of all use full words. its annoying.

2) everyone is right. yes you will make crazy gains but no its not worth ruining your ****.
3) if for some reason you are bsing all of us, and still plan to do this cycle, all i can tell you is to lower your dose to 20/20/30/30, especially if its your first anabolic. that is the real deal hollyfeild truth. Ive done this cycle before and there is ABSOLUTLY no need to go that high, especially on your first dose.
4) you NEED a serm such as nolvadex (not gaspari nutrion's novedex xt) or clomid. You just simply need it. without it you will loose your gains, your nuts, and grow some nice bitch tits. all while wasting time an money.

the only reason I am telling you this info, is bc I am assuming you will eventually do what you want to do regaurdless of what some random dudes write on an internet site. although they are all correct.

just get anabrolic naturally for now. eat more then your comfortable with, cycle some creatine, and change your workout every 8 weeks. if you do these few inexpensive things, you will make gains similiar to using a PH at this age. im tellin u the truth, just accept it.
