    yea, my body has never seen m1t so i'll just see what happens at 5mg's.. right now i'm just trying to figure out when to take it.. some say it's best before going to sleep so you don't have to deal with the lethargy...


  2. Yeah, I've always taken mine before bedtime. The lethargy didn't really effect me too bad, yeah I was tired throughout the day, but nothing horrible. It's those GODDAMN BACK PUMPS.

  3. 5mg should work, especially since you haven't used it before. The pumps are brutal on even a low dose.

  4. Just got done with chest day and the gains are continuing as planned. Got 355lbs for 7 reps on flat bench today. 145lbs dumbbell for 5 reps on incline dumbbells. I'm about to run out of dumbbell's again. So goes life........Anywayz, down to 260lbs now but I feel great and the good measurments are starting to rise but I'll get some accurate measurements in a couple days. Still at 30mgs of M1,4ADD ed and I couldn't ask for better results.

  5. Weighed in at 260lbs yesterday. Legs went great, as I had hoped. Got 395 for 6 on squat and 285 for the almighty 20 repper. Hack Squat went up another 20lbs from last week. A rep or two extra on everything else. Still feel pretty good, no complaints.

  6. 262lbs yesterday. The M1,4ADD might be starting to kick in a little now. The timeline sounds about right. Back and bi's went good. Everything went up 10lbs from last week. Still hanging with that new bicep routine I heard about and it's a killer but it seems to be working.

  7. Alright, it's been about a week since my last post. Weight is still fluctuating between 260-264 depending on the day. Strength is continuing to rise at the same rate. Here's a few lifts that increased:
    Military press - 275 for 4 reps
    French curls - 125 for 6 reps
    Bench press - 365 for 6 reps
    Incline dumbbell - 145's for 6
    Squat - 405 for 6
    20 rep squat - 285 (talk about pain)

    I upped the dosage a few days ago to 50mgs ed just to bring this cycle to a close. I don't like being on this long so I'm anxious for PCT to start. Still feel fine though, no complaints. Kicked ass in a tug of war event on Friday. On the first match, we were locked out for about 2 minutes moving back and forth. Now that is a damn workout.

  8. I saw propho and others asking about liver issues with high doses. I just finished a 10 week cycle centered around 4AD injectable. Of that 10 weeks, there were a total of 6 weeks of very high dose M1,4 and 4 weeks of M1T at 10mg. I just had my blood work done and the doc said everything was absolutely normal except for my test levels. I'm only two weeks into PCT so that makes sense that my test would still be down some. Apparantley there were no liver issues.
    I'll be getting a copy of the bloodwork in the mail and will post it then.

  9. Dude, I want to check out your logs once your out of the USMC and doing your "other" planned cycles. I bet you're gonna be a sicker monster than you already are.

    Yeah, I'll be sure to keep all logs recorded in this forum. Thanks for the compliment though. I'm hoping to hit 300lbs within the first 12 months of being out.

  12. Started PCT two days ago. Overall, the cycle went great, as expected. Weight is holding at @ 260 which makes for an 8lbs gain. Strength went up consistently. The only hamper was the M1T back pumps which I've definately made clear that they suck ass. Regardless, I still think M1T is the #1 legal choice out there right now. IMO, M1,4ADD needs to be dosed too high to get good effects which is not cost effective. So, from my PH experience, the best stack I've seen of yet is M1T/trans 4AD. And I'll be repeating that cycle in August for a 4 weeker. Til then, I'm taking a break from everything. The August cycle will probably be my last one before I turn to the infamous "dark side" once and for all. Til then, good luck all with your PH experience.

  13. i saw on a site that they have 1,4 ad in an injectable solution and it looked promising has any one heard about that?

    good luck with pct.. hope you can keep your gains.. please update on libido.. as i've heard m1t gives ya limp dick syndrome.. pondering whether or not i should get cialis.. and also lucky you.. i wish i could turn to the dark side =( regardless even if i could my wife would divorce me she says..

  15. Gains have pretty much halted but they're not going down which is good enough until I get fully recovered anyway. Couldn't complete my 20 rep squat yesterday, only got 16 with 295 . Tried 415 for a last set and got 5 which wasn't too bad but not what I was going for. Chest halted but I think it's time to change the routine up anyway. I've been on this one for about 5-6 weeks now. Weight is still maintaining which is a positive sign. Overall, PCT is going great with no hiccups as of yet.
