    No changes in weight gain or sides.
    Added 10lbs. to my squats again,so like I said before,strengh gain is huge.I had simular results on 1-test/4ad stack

    I will be adjusting the price of Methyl-14ADDiol (as of monday), since the higher dosing scheme seems to be doing so well, this will allow for the higher dosing without going broke.

    4 Weeks


    Last 2 day I was off,so tomorrow I'll be back and lifting.
    No signs of sides,but same goes for gain too.I'm up 3lbs. after 4wks...(I do look bigger,I think )
    Strengh is up and I love it.I'm hoping it'll stay w/me post cycle also.In the past I kept all my strengh after a cycle.
    I'll post detail info on strengh gain w/totals.

    Day 29


    Gained 2lbs. over night...is it kicking in finally?
    This is my last week,so here are total strengh gains on my chest:
    -Added 15lbs. to my Flys(70lbs.)
    -Added 5lbs. to Incline Flys(50lbs.)
    BP and Incl.BP is still the same,but today I got 8reps. vs. 6 on BP,so overall I think it went pretty good for my chest.

    I feel much fuller and I have pumps all day...nice feeling!

    Back w/o tomorrow.

    My back w/o was not bad at all.Added another 10lbs. to my deadlifts(265lbs. now).I'm up 50lbs. total on my deads
    BW is still 181(176 @ the beginin')

    Shoulder w/o was pretty good added 5lbs. to Arnold presses,now @40+dumbell.(up 10 total)
    Weight is 180.5,so about the same.Times is running out,so is my m14add

    Squats were up again! Finished up w/265lbs.(felt like might be able to do 275).So over period of this cycle I went up 50lbs. on squats also(started@215lbs.).Very nice strengh gains.Sometimes I check my bottle to make sure I'm not on 100mg/day on m5aa

    BW is still the same...I gave up on that one.
    My strengh is still up,I hope I'll keep these gains
    My arm w/o was great.Totals:
    Barbell curls up to 85lbs.(+bar) - total up 10lbs.
    Incline dumbell curls @40(+dumbells) -total up 10lbs.
    Tric. overhead presses @76(+bar) - up 16lbs. total
    Tric.cable pressdowns. - up 10lbs. total

    Very nice gains.My body does look much fuller as I mentioned.I actually look like I lost some BF.Maybe I didn't take enough carbs this cycle.I did eat pretty clean.Getting ready for pct(mentally).2 more days

    well if you lost some fat then you added more muscle since teh scale has been staying consistent. Sounds like it went well for you.

    Yup. I agree. Congrats on your gains. IMHO, M1,4ADD is Better than some think if dosed properly.

    Don't know if I would go that far, But the gains are definitly leaner and drier than D-Bol IMO.

    I know its tempting, but plan on a 8-10week recovery after. MD may take a little time kick to in - so you're looking at maybe 10-14days (of 21days) of solid time on Methyl-Dien. I'd hop on PCT solidify the gains, hopefully your testostrone wasn't that suppressed that much - and consider MD after 3 weeks.
    Because a 8-10week recovery is just depressing!
    I'd say hold off for at least 3 weeks, and wait for us to gather better info on MD.

    Also, Recovery went pretty well for me. I'm about 3 1/2 weeks out and the boys are swingin' low and heavy. I feel great.

    Well, 2 weeks off isn't really gonna do much for you IMO, so you may as well stay on and use the M-Dien to solidify your gains.(and mabey pick up a couple more pounds.) I think as long as you limit the total time on to 8 weeks, I think you'll be fine. Just plan on taking a nice long break from PH/PS when your cycle is over.
