LM, I just finished up with IGF and started M14AD 6 days ago at 60mg daily along with PGH. Bumped it up to 80 yesterday (Monday) will probably stick with 80 till both my bottles run out, have noticed good fullness and pumps 24/7. Weight is up 1.5 lbs, which is fine, not looking for much more then a pound a week and keeping the BF off. Haven't noticed any sides, nose bleeds, etc., but I have 2 bottles of Nolva and some other ancillaries around in case. Gonna throw some IGF back in the mix in a couple weeks along with the M5AA for 2 wks at the end like Lean One suggests.
Haven't done any PH's/AAS in a year or so, damn it feels awesome to have some good exogenous androgens kicking in

Sledge has me doing 60mg a day in one dose. On workout days I take the 60 mg dose about an hour before workouts. I've been doing 60mg a day for about a week and I haven't really noticed a difference. I did get some nice strength gains my first week on 30mg a day. The next week I bumped up to 60mg a day and the strength levels went up just a little bit. I will continue the 60mg dose for about the next 30 days. I also take about 500mg HB, 1500mg Celery Seed and 700mg Milk Thistle every day. I will update here if I notice any changes.

Got my BP monitor 45min. post-workout 136(normal-high)/79(optimal) and pulse of 102.It might be that it's just because of post-w/o.I'll do it tonight again.
Weight is 178.5(+2.5)lbs. I think gains will start to come now.

I can't say that I notice a difference between 30mg/day and 60mg/day. My strength has been steadily increasing but my weight has stayed the same. And even thought I am increasing the weights they are becoming easier to move, I feel like I could lift MORE. I haven't noticed this superman feeling some of the other guys have gotten nor the superpumps but the feeling of manhandling the 95lb dumbbells is pretty nice.
Here are some of my increases (I do 3 sets of 6):
DB Incline went from 75lbs to 95lbs
Squats went from 250lbs to 295lbs
Standing DB Curls went from 35lbs to 50-45lbs
Leg Extentions went from 160lbs to 200lbs
