Im in week 3 of my test-e/X-tren cycle. Im doing 500mg of test-e per week; split 250/250. Ive noticed my strength has increased alot around this week. My question is: Is there any precautions i need to take to make sure i dont injure any joints during my rapid increase in weight over the next several weeks? So far everything is looking good; no acne, no gyno, and very little shrinkage downstairs. All i have is nolvadex for PCT but i've been told that this is ok; not the best, but still will work. I'll see how this cycle goes and determine if i should look to more PCT in the future for i have a feeling alot of people are doing way too much PCT than they actually need. After all this is my first cycle so im excited to hear any criticism or comments to further increase my knowledge.
