Just researching ...... If i did a 4 week cycle of say epi or h-drol and did 4 weeks PCT ,when can another cycle start? the day after the first PCT ends? 4 weeks after PCT ends? noob question i am sure, sorry but would like to know

At least. Personally I would wait 8 weeks. The usual go by is: Time On Cycle + Time On PCT= Time Off

Yessir...cycle on + pct = total time off..

So if you did 4wks on and 4wks pct...your total time off "after" pct should be 8wks...I consider my pct as my cycle...so if I did a 5wk cycle and 4wks pct...my cycle was 9wks...so I'll rest for a min of 9wks before I do another cycle
