M-drol Cycle Quick check

Going to be starting a M-drol cycle Jan 1st. Let me know how this looks. This will be my 2nd cycle, 1st was 6 months ago and did H-drol for 6 weeks and kept 10 lbs.

I would run it at 10/20/20

Preload your support supps 2 weeks prior to running this cycle though.

To add to your PCT, I would also use Lean Xtreme for a cortisol blocker and throw in some creatine to help maintain your gains.

iam 22, been traing since 18. 5'7" about 174 lbs.

When I move up to 20 mg mdrol should I split the doses 8 hours apart like the hdrol? And what about the nolva, should those doses be split or can they be taken all at once( I have 10mg pills)?

You are going to want to space out your m-drol. Nolva has a long half life so some people dose it once a day. I prefer to split the dosage. When you dose more than one time a day your plasma levels will be higher. I would split the nolva personally.

Milkthistle 1000mg
Hberry 1000mg
CoQ10
RYR 1.2-1.5 ed
and Policosinol to lower bad cholesterol 20mgx2 ed

PCT
Nolva 40/30/20/10
AI: R-xt
Hberry 1000mg
Saw Palmetto 325mg ed
Milkthistle 1000mg
CoQ10
Policosinol
RYR 1.2-1.5 ed
DHEA 200/200/100/100
and Fenugreek

Great, yeah I will be taking A.I. Life Support. The H-Drol took about 3.5 weeks before I started to notice a difference, so a few days with this will be great. My diet is really clean, mostly chicken, rice, eggs, oatmeal, bread and fish, also try to get 100g protein a day from shakes.

no, if you do a little research you will find that 40mg of nolva has NO greater or lesser effect than 20mg. to be honest you could run in at 20 throughout your pct and save yourself some money. or if youd feel more comfortable dose the first couple of days at 40, the next couple at 30, and the remainder of pct at 20. it will save you money and extend your supply of nolva.
