Dosage for my Cycle? When to take everything

Im going to be getting a bottle of Spawn and i have been lookin into PCT a lot so this is what i plan to do: Cycle Assist during Spawn, off spawn im gunna take Nolva, Post Cycle Support, and reduce xt(is this a good cortisol control?)
i might also get taurine just in case i need it

Anyone know the best dosage for this stuff and when should i take it all?

3 caps for 30 days gives u 24mg Epi and 90mg "tren" everyday and is perfect. no need to ramp up or down.

He's right. Do more research. You should have at least a good idea of what a good dosing schedule for your particular cycle should look like. Once you do enough research to reach that point and have a cycle plan laid out, come back and post it up to have it critiqued. If you do that, and it looks like you've put significant effort into research, I'm sure you'll get plenty of constructive criticism from knowledgeable folks.
