Finally, after a lot of doubt, i think to make this cycle.
X-tren + T4 (i think in put some gemfibrate, but I think is a bad idea now, increase cardiac stress, less strenght, less testo)!
week 1-2 (1 dec to 14 dec)
preload with NAC 600-1200
T4 100 mc
week 3-6 (14-10 gen)
Nac 600-1200
T4 200-300 (i think better play safe 200)
Xtren 60 (first week or first 5 days) than 90 mg
O3 = at least 5 gr
Green tea
Garlic
if needed something more to BP
calorie from 3500 first week, to 4500 last. 200 gr pro at least. 500 gr veggie at least. 30 gr good fat at least.
Training
day 1. sprint 60 m (ca 360 m tot) + 5x5 on squat/glute ham raise/dead/ 3 x 15-20 abd
day 2 tempo run (run 200-300 m at 60% with a total of 2000 m) + 10 x 10 on bench/dip/ 3 x 10 complementary work
day 3 sprint on 150 m(ca 600 m) + 5 x 3 on the same of day 1
day 4 Rest or light run + light weight
day 5: similar to day 1, but change exercise and sprint type
day 6: similar day 2
day 7: similar day 3
day 8: rest
is very close to one i did the last years with H-drol, but in this i rest one day more (i think is needed) and i do differente pattern for the upper body.
