I decide how to use my x-tren

Finally, after a lot of doubt, i think to make this cycle.
X-tren + T4 (i think in put some gemfibrate, but I think is a bad idea now, increase cardiac stress, less strenght, less testo)!

week 1-2 (1 dec to 14 dec)
preload with NAC 600-1200
T4 100 mc

week 3-6 (14-10 gen)
Nac 600-1200
T4 200-300 (i think better play safe 200)
Xtren 60 (first week or first 5 days) than 90 mg
O3 = at least 5 gr
Green tea
Garlic
if needed something more to BP

calorie from 3500 first week, to 4500 last. 200 gr pro at least. 500 gr veggie at least. 30 gr good fat at least.

Training
day 1. sprint 60 m (ca 360 m tot) + 5x5 on squat/glute ham raise/dead/ 3 x 15-20 abd
day 2 tempo run (run 200-300 m at 60% with a total of 2000 m) + 10 x 10 on bench/dip/ 3 x 10 complementary work
day 3 sprint on 150 m(ca 600 m) + 5 x 3 on the same of day 1
day 4 Rest or light run + light weight
day 5: similar to day 1, but change exercise and sprint type
day 6: similar day 2
day 7: similar day 3
day 8: rest
is very close to one i did the last years with H-drol, but in this i rest one day more (i think is needed) and i do differente pattern for the upper body.

PCT: CLOMID!

I write too fast and I don't speak very well, so probably i did a lot of errors.
however, the next week I'll do a check up (Hepatic enzyme, blood pressure, HDL & LDL) and if everything is in place i start because X-tren & T4 + High calorie diet (not very clean, is Xmas) can kill your vessel :D

this is my blood test
RBC: 5,3
WBC: 8.3
HB: 15
VES: 1
UREA: 70 (HIGH)
Uric acid: 6,2
GOT: 19
GPT: 25
GGT: 13
FAL: 86
BILirubin: 0.3
colinesterasa: 11388 (HIGH)
Calcium: 9
Colesterol: 160 (total, i have to wait to know HDL and LDL).

So the blood work are ok.
Now my doubt are 2:
1.Blood pressure (i go to measure it), because with a lot of training, eating more (to increase Mass) and not even good (is xmas time) and taking X-tren can elevated to much even with some herbal medication.
2. the psychological issue, i go to take something AND probably i don't take more than 60mg xtren except from the last 2 weeks

isn't a really "cardio". is more a sprint oriented work.
and...I prefer to do more cardio and eat more (even if I don't eat any junk food, no trans fat, a lot of veggy, the only thing i like is home made cake with good ingredients).
do you think a lot of sprint on x-tren isn't good, or only that i'm a toothpick? :D
YES clomid for PCT.
what do U think about only 60mg 2 weeks and than 90?

what's do you change in the training?
however, my hormonal blood works isn't ready, so i start to "decide" how to work if the hormonal status is ok, and than I start.

my hormonal analysis:
testo: 5.5 ng/ml
cortisol: 20 mcg/dl (but i have an acute stress before)
Prolactin: 11
T4: 1,09
T3: 2,57
TSH: normal range (1,5)
how do it lookS?
it's seems to me that cortisol/prolactin is too high and Testo and T3 is too low (normal range but too low)
what do U think?
