Cycle:
1-12 Test E 1g/week
1-3 Mdrol 10mg/day for 3 days, then 20mg/day for 1 week, then 30mg/day
9-12 Mdrol --||--

14-18 Nolva 40/20/20/20
14-17 Clomid 150/50/50

Diet:
300p/~700c/~50f
2 full Serious Mass shakes
Pizza, Whey, Milk, Eggs, Red Meat, chicken, fish watever just food

Routine
Sunday: Upper Power
-5x5 or 3x5 for all lifts(5x5 on bulk cause recovery is better, 3x5 on cut)
-Barbell Bench Press
-Barbell Rows
-Military Press
-Barbell Shrugs

Monday: Lower Power
-5x5 or 3x5 for all lifts(5x5 on bulk cause recovery is better, 3x5 on cut)
-Squat/ Box Squat/ High Squat/ ATG
-Stiff Leg Deadlift, Or Romanian DL
-6-8 sets of Standing Calf, little higher reps, i like to do 6-8 on heavy days

Tues: Off (I usually do some cardio)

Wednesday: Hypertrophy Chest/Arms
(For hypertrophy days i never go to failure, always stop about 2 reps before failure)

-DB Incline Bech 3x8-12
-Barbell Close Grip Bench 3x8-12
-DB Flat Bench 2x8-12
-Preacher Curls 3x8-12 super setted with
-Standing French Press 3x8-12
-Push Downs 3x8-12 super setted with
-DB Hammer Curls
-Cable Crossovers 3x8-12
-Machine Curl 3x8-12 supersetted with
-Machine Dips 3x8-12

Thursday: Hypertrophy Shoulders/Back/Traps
(For hypertrophy days i never go to failure, always stop about 2 reps before failure)

-DB Shoulder Press 3x8-12 super setted with
-DB Front Raise 3x8-12
-DB One Arm Row 3x8-12 super setted with
-DB Arnold Press 3x8-12
-Lat Pull Down (Wide Grip) 2x8-12 super setted with
-DB Shrugs 2x10-15
-Lat Pull Down (Close grip, palms facing in) 2x8-12 super setted with
-DB Upright Row 2x10-15
-T Bar Row 2x8-12 (Usually to tired/dead to do this last exercise, but some times i do it)

Friday: Lower Explosive
(switch the starting position every week, lets say week 1 you do a power clean, that day do a snatch from boxes/hang.)
-Clean (from floor) 3-5x1-3
-Snatch (from boxes) 3x1
-Clean Pulls 3x5
-Behind the Neck Jerks 3x5

Saturday: Off (cardio if you want)

kinda like that, everything changes a little every week.

been on 20mg/day mdrol for 5 days now, not much to report. No sides. My hands are pumps, i look more full. Up to 225, from 215.

Until now my skin was perfectly clear, i woke up this morning with a few pimples on my face. nothing bad tho..no morning wood as well. thinking about bumping up to 30mg/day for 9days

can you give me some pre and post measurements... also some weekly exercise weight increases? Im planning on doing something very similar to this cycle.

this is a GREAT cycle, you will love it, be careful on that much test, I found very little additional gains >750mg and tons more sides.

ill measure my self tmrw morning, cold.
as for lifts... every week im doing a different style bench, or whatever so its hard to keep track of progress.

10 lbs in 10 days. With that diet I would expect more fat/bloat, suprising...

Bad Sides:

-Acne: more acne coming along. some zips on shoulders, triceps, chest, back. I have some zips on my face, but im pretty sure its couse i shaved and my blade wasnt very sharp + i did not use an aftershave. Nothing bad thought.
-Pumps: after 5-6min of steady pace walking, i start getting pumps in my calves. It feels like I have a constant pump in my hands.
-Aggression: its there, its not bad but definitely more than normal. It is very controllable.
-Joint Pains: i saved the worst side for last.... my joints are bad. Ankles, knees, shoulders, elbows and wrists. The worst are wrists and knees.

Good Sides:
-Focused: i just feel much more focused I cant really explain it.
-A SH*T LOAD of compliments: even old ladies ask me if i hit the gym lol.
-I cant talk about strength gains since i go more into higher reps (10+) and drop sets, triple sets, supper sets, giant sets, rest paused and so on. Muscle size gains ARE definitely there tho.

this is my last week of mdrol.

I forgot about another side. I am not sure what it is, I think my blood sugar drops very fast. If i dont have food in 2 hours, i get extremely hungry. My legs and hands start shacking. I swear i feel like im gonna faint. It first started happening mayb once a week, and now much more often. Today it happen twice, actually right now my hands are shacking a little and im eating pb and jelly sandwiches and drinking milk. I would also sometimes wake up at night starving. I wake up 2-3 times a night to drink water too.

u need lots of carbs and water on superdrol.

i have NO f uckin idea how Unreal is surviving on his diet while taking SD (see unreal's log)

weird... i have 2 full servings of Serious Mass on work out days and i have other carbs as well.

and why isnt Unreal in my log lol, he helped me out with this cycle.

yeah, I also don't understand how he keeps carbs low on mdrol. the guy is a keto monster, haha
