I ran Epi about 5 weeks ago. It was supposed to be a four week cycle, though it got cut in half by a nasty sinus/eye/ear/upper respiratory infection. In those two weeks, however, I trained hard, ate 4000 calories a day, gained 5lbs of lean weight, and saw good strength gains.
I'm now planning my second cycle, and my question is, what to use? I'm considering running Epi again, though I would rather try something else. Any suggestions/ advice?
