I just got 20/ 10 mg tabs from my buddy who has been doing it for about 6 yrs...thats a very short and low amount i know, but he told me to dose 4 pills a day at 40 mg but that would only be 5 days...would that be worth anything or is there a better way to dose it being that i only have 20 pills...also should i do all at once or split the doses up thru out the day? note its my first time...But im not new to the gym by no means..
