I'm planning on running a 6-week pplex/epi bridge and wanted everyone to review my setup to ensure that I have all of my bases covered.

Diet will be approximately 500/kcal above maintenance for both on and off cycle. I'll probably shoot for 2g protein per lb. on and 1.5 per lb. off, which means I'll be getting more carbs off. This should be anti-catabolic.

Workout will be DC with a little extra frequency on-cycle. I will drop down to 2 x every 8 days for off-cycle.

My biggest question is when/how to dose the Toco-8 and Lean Xtreme. Any other suggestions would be more than welcome!
 
The only problem with that is it would require another bottle of Havoc that I wouldn't completely use lol. That's a thought though...I do have two bottles but was planning on saving one for later.

What are your thoughts on the Lean Xtreme? Should I start that right away with PCT or wait till around week 3?
 
I've noticed that a lot of people wait? Is there a specific reason for this? Is that when cortisol really starts to rebound? Anecdotally, weeks 3 and 4 are when I've noticed strength reductions in the past when not using something for cortisol.

I forgot to add that I'll be logging this in detail. I'll include mass measurements, lifts, weight, and skin fold measurements.
 
Apparently, the reason why most suggest cortisol blockers at week 3 is due to the long clearance rate of most injectibles. Since I will only be using orals with high clearance rates, it'll make more sense to start the Lean Xtreme at day 3 or 4.

I wait for my system to get back to normal. the only reason i use a cort product is to kill the remaining bloat, but i dont think you will have to worry about that since you are going to be bridging into havoc.

I'm actually doing something similar to u right now. 2 bottles is fine I would do 40 40 50 50 60. Should be about 2 bottles of epi

My pplex is at 40mg and epi at 50 tjen bumpin to 60 last 3 days and if I had more I'd love to run it

His name says it all. lol, but you are getting lean as hell crazy.

I will be following a DC style workout plan with added frequency due to the increased recovery ability while "on". Post cycle, I will switch to a standard DC routine. My diet will be about 3200 clean calories (40p/40c/20f). I will eat carbs around my workouts and increase calories as weight increases. I wil be keeping a log that includes: body weight, mass measurements, skin fold measurements, and weights lifted.

Any words of wisdom or suggestions?
