CYPIONATE CYCLE HELP

i got a 10ml bottle of cypionate and i was told to take 0.5cc and wait 3 days to take it again so if i take one monday i take my next friday. would it be better to take a 1cc shot once a weak for a ten week cycle?

any advice will be apreciated!
