Will this truly be "The One?"



So, I picked up "The One" and "2nd Gear" at a local supplement store and will begin a cycle on Sunday. Onto the important information:

Basic Statistics:

Age: 22
Height: 5'9"
Weight: Will weigh on Saturday morning and update this.
Years Training: 4
Training type: More emphasis on volume training. Training will look like this:
-Sunday: Chest/Triceps/Calves
-Monday: Back/Biceps
-Wednesday off
-Thursday: Shoulders/Traps/Lats
-Friday: Legs (Quads/hams)


Measurements:
-Chest 41in.
-Biceps 15.75in
-Thighs 23.5in.
-Calves 15.75 in

Goals on cycle: I would like to put on 10lbs of lean mass. Goals are realistic as far as strength as I would like to see myself be able to get back into a rep scheme of 15 of 225lb Flat Bench and a max dead lift of 405+.

Dosing: 2 weeks @ 3 caps in the morning may move up to 4 caps for last 3 weeks. This will be a five week cycle.

Diet: I will continue to eat as i am now since I am trying to bulk anyways. The One has been said to be a great nutrition partioner as well. My daily goals will be around 3500-4000 calories a day: 325-400g carbs, 250-300g Protein, 100-125g fat. Staples will be whole eggs, oatmeal for carbs, red meat, tuna, and fruit.

Subbing... FYI, you might want to no get Cycle Support. The Saw Palmetto competes with the same receptors as The One and could limit the gains.

Thought I would just start posting my diet and supplmentation even though i start cycle tomorrow. I don't normally eat like this (this few of calories and carbs, but I worked a double at work today and signed the lease to a new apartment at 8am. LONNNGGG Day. Looking forward to starting "The One" tomorrow.

Official beginning weight: 178lbs 1 oz.

9:15am: 1 Iced Mocha Mcdonalds

10:00am: 1 scoop nitrocore, 1 banana, 3.6g fish oil

11:45am: 1 Auntie Anne's pizza pretzel, medium lemonade

1:30pm: 1 can tuna, 1 apple, water

3:30pm: 1 supreme bar, 1 can of tuna, 1/2 spike drink

6:30pm: 1 can of tuna, 2 banana, water

8:30pm: 1 apple. 1 can tuna, water

11:00pm: 2 beef patties, 1 cup cottage cheese


I will be doing all macronutrient amounts usually but today I didn't feel it was that important since cycle hasn't started. Ready to go chest and triceps tomorrow!

Comments: Good pump in chest seemed better than usual (placebo?), vascularity was pretty good and strength was slightly up. I'm really looking forward to this cycle!

Dinner: 3 large fried scallops, french fries, 24 oz ice tea, 3 jumbo shrimp, 1 cup fried calamari, 3 slices italian bred.

Girl and I went to the the proposal. Pretty good actually thought it was gonna be lame but it was alright.

Before bed: 2 cups cottage cheese.

Didn't eat AS much as I usually do. Tomorrow will prolly be more of the same since I have inventory at 630am till 3pm then may have to work till 8. We'll see. So far, no lethargy or problems but it is day 1. Thanks for following.

I was told that THE ONE works on an empty stomach and a full stomach. I see that you used THE ONE and fish oil almost as a meal because from 10-1pm you didn't have any whole foods. Also, instead of mayo, use lemon or olive oil or both. And IMO, your meal plan should more be

8:00 THE ONE, oats,banana,eggs

10:00 snack,protein

12:00 chicken, vegs, ww pasta

2:00 snack,protein

4:00 meat,vegs, ww pasta

6:00 superpump, protein, workout

8:00 meat,pasta,vegs

10:00 snack

11-12 casein,zma

That's sort of my diet. You should be eating more often than it looks like you are. What ya think?

Well, division VP was in my store today so food had to be cut to one meal. I dose the one with fish oil because I've always gone by the idea prohormones are best dosed with fat to help with absorbtion. I've been eating 3500-4000 cals a day and 350g carbs a day. I've been gaining a pound a week with diet alone and Prime I've used the past several weeks before didcontinuing it 3 days before I started the one.

Thought ZMA can't be taken with calcium (ie. casein shake).

That explains your lack of calories on your day 1. Sorry about that. Not sure
about the calcium thing in Casein, but I'll look into that. Thanks.

no problem. Diet definately is in check. These couple days have just been super busy but I have been trying to prepare some foods before I go to work so I have something to eat of worth. The tuna meal is a good 600 calories with the mayo and 75g protein. I will prolly make that a staple for myu lunches because it's easy and good as far as protein. Should I worry about the mercury content and consuming that much every day?

Comments definitely not a placebo effect. All my lifts went up 10-15lbs. I was doing 315lbs 4-6 reps on my dead lifts and this week hit 8 for two sets. Could have probably done 10 I was just surprised haha. preacher Curls were up 20lbs! I was doing 90lbs for 7 reps this week 110lbs for 7. Last week, I could only do 6 reps of 105 on the rear lat deck machine and this week I went all the way up to 135 for 6! Strength is DEFINATELY up and I feel much stronger.

why use supperpump??

SUBBED... i started the one
People have argued about this before but I do a PWO because of the lethargy I usually get from PH's plus I work out usually after work so I'm pretty tired when heading to the gym. Today, I definitely noticed the lethargy coming on a little bit I was taking today off anyways and good thing cause when I got food after work today I crashed for 3 hrs for a nap. I only used a scoop of SP250 just enough to get me a decent boost before workout.

Day 3

Took today as my off day from the gym Definitely noticed a bit of lethargy in the afternoon from "The One" on the drive home and even the last hour of work. I may start splitting my dose up 1 in the morning and 2 at night. This is the first time I've not been super sore after back day so that definately is a plus. So far so good. Doing shoulders/traps/triceps tomorrow.

So far I'm one week and 3 days on The One myself. Strength in the gym is definitely
improving each time. I gained 5 pounds since the first day and like yourself, I get
kinda sleepy around 5-6pm with taking the 3 pills in the morning. Do you plan on
taking 4 pills per day towards the end?

Thanks for link! Well bad news, I didn't get to log today because the water pump went out on the mustang (big surprise it's a ford). Still eating well though right around 3500calories a day minimum.

-No real changes in this department. Always have been somewhat vascular so this only gets better with getting leaner.

Strength 10/10

-This is the department that has increased very well. Did very well on back day as far as dead lifts, lat deck machine, and chins. I am really noticing the strength come on quickly with "The One."

Mass 10/10
-Nice weight gain, Quickest I've gotten with a PH (2lbs first week with trenadrol, 3lbs with Epi). Seems like a lean mass gain as well since starting BF% was 11.5% and I checked it today and this has stayed constant.

Today was an off day so not much to report. Didn't get to eat the way i wanted earlier today because of work but i'm making up for it in the afternoon packing some calories in I feel pretty good little lethargic but I'm pretty used to it from TO now.

Nice job bro! Keep eating!
Noticed that alot of people don't like the superpump or creatine while on cycle. All I know Is mixing some SP or I like a Six Star product, and drinking while I lift keeps me going, keeps workouts intense, and motivation is up. And the H20 cant hurt!

Also, for a few days after completeing cycle I lost about 2.5 lbs of water weight right away, not using the one-diff cycle, case of the dumps for 2 days.

Yeha, I'm switching to jack3d soon as I'm done with the superdump. The One just makes you really lethargic (at least me) in afternoon. Sorry I have not been logging. I am moving into a new place this weekend so i don't have internet yet but I am still lifting anmd eating very good.

I was 184.4lbs today btw but that was also post-workout and I sweat A LOT so I'm guessing i'm around 185-186ish and have lost some fat around the midsection.

Sorry for not logging the past week. I've been moving and still don't have internet. I'm stealing a wifi connection at my place until I get road runner high speed haha. oh well, here it goes:

The tricep stuff was more for contraction and feeling the muscle working. Definitely had a good solid workout good energy and strength was there in a big way.
