Will this truly be "The One?"
So, I picked up "The One" and "2nd Gear" at a local supplement store and will begin a cycle on Sunday. Onto the important information:
Basic Statistics:
Age: 22
Height: 5'9"
Weight: Will weigh on Saturday morning and update this.
Years Training: 4
Training type: More emphasis on volume training. Training will look like this:
-Sunday: Chest/Triceps/Calves
-Monday: Back/Biceps
-Wednesday off
-Thursday: Shoulders/Traps/Lats
-Friday: Legs (Quads/hams)
Measurements:
-Chest 41in.
-Biceps 15.75in
-Thighs 23.5in.
-Calves 15.75 in
Goals on cycle: I would like to put on 10lbs of lean mass. Goals are realistic as far as strength as I would like to see myself be able to get back into a rep scheme of 15 of 225lb Flat Bench and a max dead lift of 405+.
Dosing: 2 weeks @ 3 caps in the morning may move up to 4 caps for last 3 weeks. This will be a five week cycle.
Diet: I will continue to eat as i am now since I am trying to bulk anyways. The One has been said to be a great nutrition partioner as well. My daily goals will be around 3500-4000 calories a day: 325-400g carbs, 250-300g Protein, 100-125g fat. Staples will be whole eggs, oatmeal for carbs, red meat, tuna, and fruit.
