Spawn dose missed question

I was in a rush to work this morning and left my two caps of spawn on the counter. I am on Day 9. No biggie if I go home and take them around 5 oclock right? And then take the 3rd one at 10ish?

Just wanna make sure since I have been evenly dosing 3 a day.
