Just started doing this last monday, 20mg of M1T and 4 squirts of T1Pro (the old version) 1x per day. So far I have gained 3 pounds and have gotten leaner. the letharghy is a bit of a pain but nothing a strong cup of coffe can not fix. I will post every few days.bench: 405
