I've run one cycle of susta at 400mgs. Should I run another cycle at 600mgs or use test e at 500mgs??? Which gives better gains?? I know their similiar esters but which is better??

Neither is "better"
Sust is just a blend of esters, it should kick in sooner due to the short esters like prop, but should also be pinned more often for them. Based on user feedback, sust doesn't kick in much faster anyway.
There's not much difference. I would do the cycle at 600mg that's a decent dose.
