    My New Cycle is Underway


    GOAL: Body Comp Change
    EXPERIENCE: Seven years training Two prior cycles
    WORKOUT: Five day split: 1. Chest 2. Legs 3. Shoulders/Traps 4. Back 5. Bi's/Tri's
    NUTRITION: Approximately 50/30/20 p/c/f ratio w/ low sugar 3000-3500 calories.

    MAXLIFTS:Havent attempted 1-RM but: Bench 275 for 4 and 315 for 1 after a 5x5 workout. Squat 455 for 3-4.

    OK, I started this one Jan. 19th and I must say I'm already impressed with the M-1-T. My strength had dropped slightly from the end of my last cycle.
    I have already surpassed the poundages I was using when I have been at my strongest, during my two previous cycles. I'm pretty sure the cyps haven't really kicked in yet, so I must now join in and say M-1-T is "THE ****"
    I'm looking mainly for body composition changes on this one.
    The first week is pretty simple, started (Jan 19) at 225, today (Jan 27) I'm at 229 and noticibly stronger.
    I will try to post weekly updates

    Weeks 1-4
    M-1-T 15 mg/day
    4-AD Cyp 1000 mg/wk
    1-Test Cyp 500 mg/wk

    Weeks 4-8
    4-AD Cyp 1000mg/wk
    1-Test Cyp 500 mg/wk
    4-OH-T 400 mg/wk

    Weeks 8-10
    4-AD Cyp 1000 mg/wk
    1-Test Cyp 500 mg/wk
    4-OH-T 400 mg/wk
    5-AA Cyp 300 mg/wk

    Weeks 10-12
    5AA Cyp 300 mg/wk
    4-OH-T 400 mg/wk

    that is a long cycle with alot of 1test.

    M1T will have you suppressed in 3 days and total shutdown in a week. You will be shutdown for the rest of the cycle. Watch out for shrinking nads on all that 1test.

    Are you ever going to do PCT?

    Yeah I had a little trouble with shrinkage on my last cycle.
    I may add HCG to this one, if not during, then for PCT along w/ Nolva.
    My last cycle was 15 weeks of 1-test cyp and test cyp. I used Nolva PCT for five weeks 40-40-20-20-10. Test levels came back a decent 383 last week.

    Sounds good. I remember on your last cycle you added 4ad cyp at the end after running out of test. I would love to hear how the 4ad stacks up on its own.

    The OHT intrigues me as well, so I was wondering how you got it dissolved.

    I'm going to try it with BA/BB. I have it I just haven't tried to mix it yet.

    Update:

    Weighed in at 226, down three pounds. Eating a lot cleaner.
    Worked chest last night. Strength is up from last week.
    Only downside so far is joint pain in elbows.
    Other than that, so far so good.

    Update

    Weighed in at 228 last night.
    Down one pound from starting weight, but have lost 1/4' to 1/2' from waist this week. Hopefully some body comp changes going on. Feels like I'm hardening up a little, and seeing some new vascularity.
    Ok, three weeks in and my strength increases are almost crazy.
    I'm doing a pre-calculated 5x5 routine for bench press and the weights which on the last couple of sets were pretty taxing at first, are starting to feel pretty light. Also I'm doing a couple of extra sets after the 5x5 as a strength gauge. My lifts on these sets three weeks ago were 275x4 and 315 x1.
    Last night they were 275 for 6, 315 for 1 and 325 for 1. These were also after an increase in weight on my 5x5 routine. All new PR's.

    On a slight downside, I do have some joint pain , and I had to drag my ass to the gym due to some lethargy, but after the first couple of sets I got pretty motivated.

    Update

    Weighed in @ 231

    Weight is up, b/f appears to be dropping. Just what I was hoping for.
    Had another good workout last night. Strength is still increasing as is hardness and vascularity. Good pumps as well.

    On a down note, lethargy is really kickin' my ass.
    It doesen't really seem to affect my workouts, but I feel tired during the day, and if I sit down at night I fall asleep.
    Overall, this has been a good one so far....

    This will be the last week of the M-1-T.
    I'm scheduled to add 4-OHT to the mix next week.
    I have really been considering taking the 4-OHT out of this one and adding the 5-AA cyp a little earlier than first planned.
    I'll think on that a few more days........

    That much 1T would kick my ass, but of course your quite a bit bigger. I think you'll enjoy the energy/libido rush of the OHT after you end your M1T.

    Five weeks in now.
    Weight holding at 231
    Not much change in the last two weeks, except strength continues to improve.
    Maybe a slight loss of b/f also.
    I'm going to make a couple of changes in the original plan.
    I'm going to hold off on the 4-OHT until another time.

    Thinking about something like this:


    Weeks 1-4
    M-1-T 15 mg/day

    why don't more of us run "longer" cycles like this? is the length of recovery directly proportional to the length of the cycle? i've heard it said that shutdown was shutdown,
    but, i'd like to hear other opinions.

    Update

    Nothing really new to report this past week.
    Weight is staying around 231-232. Strength gains are still coming, but have slowed a little after stopping M-1-T. I have also stopped the 4-AD cyp.
    Body comp changes are not as good as I had hoped for, so I will probably turn this into an all out cutter the last 5-6 weeks.
    I think now that I will run the 1-test cyp 2-3 more weeks, then add 5-AA cyp.
    Also will probably add M-Dien the last 2-3 weeks.

    Hey guys......
    Sorry for the long delay in updates.
    Due to some health issues I had to abruptly end the cycle, and some personal affairs have pretty much kept me off the boards for a while.
    Its good to be back!!!!
    The cycle was going great, just wish I could have finished it as planned.
    The only negative was some tenderness in the nipples near the end and a while after I stopped.
    Everything is good now, good reports on my last blood work. And while on the subject of blood work.... HAVE BLOOD WORK DONE IF YOU ARE USING THESE COMPOUNDS!!!
    I'll be ready to start something new here in a few weeks.
