I think your going to have to be a little more specific about the questions you are asking. Do you mean what do u take as part of a PCT or as in like after you start using as part of a on-cycle support? Knowing the ins and outs is what this forum is designed for try searching in the anabolics section about the 2 compounds you are interested in, as well as the Post Cycle Therapy sections as well. I am sure there are plenty of logs on tren and whinny so If i where you i would look those up as well.
Is this your first cycle? you may wanna try something a little less intense and noob friendly such as h-drol before jumping into it.
I would highly suggest you do at least a couple weeks to months of planning before you attempt taking anything in the PH/AAS category though to understand exactly what you are getting into.

Before you even consider actually taking any type of prohormone, you should be able to describe the exact chemical in the specific product, how it works, what hormones/processes it suppress/activates, its effect on bloodwork, mood, etc.
You need to have your supplements planned out, if you choose to do them. If I had to suggest a small decent stack, Super Charge Extreme NO from Labrada for pre and Dark Matter from MHP for post. You need to find your carb/fat/protein range and have either the first few weeks of it planned or have the budget to follow through with it.
You should have your diet VERY SPECIFICALLY tailored to the exact effect that you are looking for, ie, weight loss, muscle gain, the like. You should understand your body and metabolism type to adjust diet and exercise, FULLY understand your medical history with emphasis on heart and psychological problems.
And tailor your PCT depending on the hormone type too. Judging by the variety of pro hormones and their effects, its impossible to have a specific PCT plan. Be prepared to deal with estrogen, suppressed testosterone, cortisol, and changes in appetite.
And above all, consult with people who have experience every step of the way. Pre, during, and post.

If you are talking about actual trenbolone and winstrol then I would advise you not to take them together. The main reason would be because tren is extremely potent and will give you intense strength gains. Winstrol will "dry" you up pretty good, including your joints. Therefore, the intense strength gains and less lubricated joints could react unfavorably together.
Also, I would advise against taking tren without some type of test. Tren will kill your libido w/out the counteracting effects of test.
Lastly, if this is your first cycle....I would stay away from tren. It is an amazingly potent AAS but it also commonly has strong sides.

Ya many other forums will belittle you to no end, so you made a wise choice to prod the knowledge here. That is why I have just joined this board. The information from nearly every little section is unbelievable, the user logs, the feedback. Best of all, the people will help you no matter what, as long as you are able to put the time and intelligence in.

I was wondering if you could provide any info on what these two products were and what they do? I've been training for 8 years all natural and I'm undecided on whether I should be juicing for more gains. I'm not a novice and my diet is spot on but I'm after i bit more size and it seems that this site could help. Well those two products are all natural too. Supercharge extreme NO is just a preworkout, containing all of the traditional ingredients such as creatine, a very nice NO, beta alanine, caffeine, glutamine, and more. ( Google search for more info and reviews =] ).
Dark Matter is the post workout supp that I have had the best results with. It sports waxy maize, creatine pyruvate/gluconate, BCAAs. Tastes great too.
If you have been training for 8 years, then I would say that you have the training background, but there is just so much to know when dealing with anabolics. I highly suggesting a separate thread in the Anabolics section, along with extensive research in that section, PCT section, nutrition, logs, and cycle length.
There is a great chart in the anabolics section on the different types of prohormones. Consult that to get a general feel for what you are looking for. Research reviews and logs.
