I give many thanks to Custom Capsule and Transform Supplements for letting me run this amazing line. This log will contain weekly reviews.

Products I will be running:
- Extreme Mass: 65mg per cap of the Tren/Phera/Halo blend. I will run this at 2 caps per day.

A powerful trio of Halodrol, Phera Plex, and Tren. It’s not hard to find all of the pros of these three anabolic supplements. Halodrol (4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1, 4-diene-3-17b-diol) is simply the best for mass gains. Phera Plex (17a-Methyl-etioallocholan-2-ene-17b-ol) is the best for strength and is the closest legal product you’ll find to methyl 1 test. Tren (Estra-4,9-diene-3,17-dione) is the closest legal product to Trenbolone and is used for both strength and hardness.

Each of these compounds alone are good for extreme gains but the combination is remarkable. The effects are nearly immediate, are long lasting, and have less of a drop off after a cycle.

Week 1 Review:​

Highlights:
- Up 4 pounds, Weighting at: 186lbs. Now this is really something. 4 pounds in just the first week is great!
- Bulgarian Split Squats are up by 10 pounds.
- All of the other lifts went up on reps as well.
- I've been getting the sickest pumps ever. My bi pump has been the biggest yet.
- Muscle hardness is taking effect. My forearms are rock solid.
- I can get through my workouts clean and not tire out even though it hurts as hell.
* Keep in mind I'm doing DC, so these rep increases are really significant. *

This week I consumed around 6000 calories everyday and I'm still as lean as before, vascularity always present.

Weight- 190lbs. (+8) (looks like I'm gaining 1 pound after workout days)

PUMPS- 10/10 (biggest pumps I've seen so far)
VASCULARITY- 10/10
ACNE- 8/10 (I get this at random times, so idk if I can say it was this product)
AGGRESSION- 10/10 (I just want to ****ing get stronger, destroy those stats!)
STRENGTH- 10/10 (I'm changing to a routine which can be it more noticeable)
SLEEP- 10/10 (no problems, in fact, I'm sleeping better :p)
LETHARGY- 10/10 (none)

Extreme Mass Final Review:

Weight: 182-201 (+19 pounds)
Great weight gain, with little body fat added. First week gained 4 pounds, Second week gained another 4 pounds, Third week gained 6 pounds, and Fourth week gained 5 pounds.

Libido: 9/10

There was a time when it went down, but most of the time libido was sky rocketing. As you can see, it didn't get significantly affected.

No joint pain.

Focus and aggression: 10/10
Extremely focused and just wanted to increase those reps and weight! Workout sessions were amazing.

Recovery: 10/10
Recovery rose significantly. Definitely deserves a 10.

Pumps and Muscle Hardness: 10/10
Best pumps ever! No other product gave me such insane pumps. Muscles were rock hard all day.

Acne: 7/10
This is the only side that was noticeable. Even though it wasn't something horrifying, I seemed to get a lot.

Strength: 10/10
All lifts went up 15 pounds in general. The most noticeable increase was in my Shoulder Presses, lift went up 20 pounds at the 8 rep range clean.

Sleep, well-being, and lethargy: 10/10
I actually slept better than ever on this cycle. Always feeling great and there was no lethargy.

Body fat: 8/10
This increased a bit, nothing to scream about. Body fat increased by 2% approximately. Do not confuse this with a bloat.

I experienced some back pumps in the first week, but it stopped after.

Summarizing I think this was a great run! I went up by 19 pounds body weight with an acceptable body fat rise. Strength was up and pumps were amazing. I had almost no sides, and had those amazing gains.

Plus if you ate really training DC you are not at the 12 rep range. Maybe if you add all three RP sets together you get those reps...

To train DC you should be 6, 4, 1 or 2.

Each bodypart is followed by its respective extreme stretch. Cardio done 3 times per week.

Plus with DC you are not increasing reps. Reps stay about the same in RP mannor and weight should increase each time, idea constantly increasing strength.

I will be starting Extreme Mass fairly soon.
Trying to get all the loose ends tied up along with finishing school and moving into my new place.
Throw out any input you have about my cycle on the log. I still have time to make changes to PCT and support supps. I want to keep the ON cycle as much TransForm as possible, but I realize their PCT product needs to be combined with something else.

I started DC when I started this cycle.

EDIT: and about the real log thing, I'm trying to, you guys just don't let me.

Why don't you two man up and post real pics of yourselves? I put on mine, most probably look better than the two of you
combined.
We are not the one claiming we post record level lifts at 180 lbs and very minimal (6% is what ur stats said) bf. I doubt it because it is highly unlikely, else you would be a PRO powerliftet and don't give me this I don't wanna be less than first crap because with those numbers you would be taking first at lots of competitions since they are ok par with ALL TIME records.

So please post some before and after pics. Since you are running a sponsored long it would me a nice thing to do for the company that gave u the supps.

And since you deleted the last thread we didn't see about your PCT. Any you need to plan a better one than just a test booster.

I am not hating on Custom capsule at all, don't ever put words in my mouth. I am just saying that you are saying you are as strong as johnnie jackson which is crazy. soyour stronger than the worlds strongest bodybuilder but you weigh 100 pound less than him that just sounds far fetched. I have posted multiple pics on my thread. So post some of your. I don't see why you would delete your thread is you were not lying it doesn't make sense. Sorry i see through it!

Did B) Biceps/Forearms/Calves/Hamstrings/Quadriceps.... ****ing beastly workout.
The curls were freaking awesome, I got 8-8-6 on my main set and I ****ing wanted more. The pump was huge, almost made me cry lol
Increased weights on leg curls as well as reps, and the quad session was amazing. I felt like I could rule the world lol.

This is just Week 2, can't wait for the madness in Week 3.

Ohh yeah...just wanted to say the way u have your PCT planned it is not good for the compounds you are using. Phera and tren can be very suppressive.

I have everything you need, even if it was a full blown injectable cycle :p
I haven't been so suppressed with any of them, since this is a stack, it should be different though.

BTW, to your above comment if you have any negative comments about it or q's about it, pm me, and I'll resolve :)

This is more like a weekly update. All he says is has has sick workouts, no numbers or reps to follow. Not hating just observing

Since I was doing DC, the weight differences were stated, and reps were stated as well. That's a good observation though.

My next routine will be more intense and changes will be clearer.


I'm also up 2 more pounds, for a total of +6lbs.

hey bro maybe EDIT your first post and put the pic under your stats and then at the end of cycle put another pic up and at the end of PCT put up a third..so we can see as best our knowledge the changes that are being made

Then all you said about legs is you increased weight and quads was amazing... I see no reps there or commments on the weight or increase from previous week...

You come here, start a log and claim numbers on par with PRO, yes PRO, powerlifters and numbers that would come close to setting ALL TIME records. I change routine because... I want to? I apologize if you feel the updates looked vague, I'll try to be more detailed then.

I added b6 to my " Other Supplements " because: " What are u using to combat progesterone sides from the tren? " you asked and so I added it.

I don't use P5P :S

EDIT: Also on diet says 4k, not 6k.
You're trying to look for things to keep questioning but you post incorrect statements? :S

I try to get 4k normally.

Oh sorry yes, but it won't be 6k every time.
I try to get 4k normally.

I have tried to explain why you are getting the questions and you obviously seem to not understand. You post numbers on FREAK LEVEL and you say you are 6% bf. Pretty much a really powerlifting freak or nature. Like has said before, on par with Johnnie Jackson and he is a BB pro and pro powerlifter. And you act like its not big deal...
It also doesnt help how we ask you something like the b6 issue and then it randomly gets edited in to something you were using, fishy. Now the how cal issue, you cant remember you were eating 6000 cals last week? Just fishy my friend, thats all.

If it is true please make video and post on you tube, people would love to see it. You need to turn Pro get a supplement deal. Look at the Olympics. See this is the level you claim to be on.

Well, till I posted this thread, I thought my numbers were good, but not so much of a big deal.
I added b6 to my first post so I wouldn't get the question asked again? :S
I also thought you were talking about diet in general.

You look like a good guy, with many questions, but if you'll just continue posting like this, then I advice you follow the MOD's edit: " Jay Edit: Follow the log, comment on the log or stay away but no more of the personal attacks. "

I find that hard to believe... How many 180lbs guys do you think have a:
Bench- 553 1RM
Deadlift- 697 1RM
Curl- 286 1RM

Come on man, hard to beieve. telling you if its true YouTube videos man, turn pro, like now!!! You can have supp contract and really do well.

I really thought I was just like any other powerlifter. I really didn't pay attention to weight classes, just the weight lifted.

So you are going to wait??? Guys would kill to have your strength and ability and you are going to wait!?!?!?!? WOW ohhh WOW! Like having a golden ticket and not cashing it in... Like say yeah I could be a pro basketball player but naw man I don't think so...
