I want to do another PH cycle and I am not real sure where to start or even if I want to bother any suggestions???
I ran an EPI pulse last year about this time and was fairly impressed but the mountain of other supps I took with it made me wonder what really worked.

I gained a lot of density but my lifts are about where they are now and I haven't taken anything but vitamins in months! So it make me wonder but I enjoyed doing it as far as the motivation aspect of it.
Any help would be appreciated?????
