Greetings all, listed below is my comprehensive plan for my first cycle which I'll be running this summer as a recomp.
Currents stats are 6' 195lbs 12.5%bf.
Cycle
Day 1-30: Epistane 30mg/day
Day 31-60: Straight 11 Test 600mg/day
Day 61-88: Tamoxifen Citrate 20/20/10/10
Supplements
Cycle Support
Fish Oil
BCAA
Taurine (if necessary for painful pumps)
Animal Flex
DHEA (only if I'm lethargic)
Creatine Mono (PCT)
Diet
1-30: 3000 calories/250g protein/310g carbs/80g fat
31-60: Will decide when I get here.
Cardio
3-5 days a week: First thing in the morning on an empty stomach - Treadmill approx. 4mph/30min. Than later in the evening for an additional 30min walking my dog.
May also throw in 2 or 3 10-15 HIIT sessions.
5 Day Split
Sunday: Off
Monday: Arms
Tuesday: Shoulders/Abs
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Chest/Forearms
Friday: Back/Abs
Saturday: Off
