Did alot of research and for what I want (strength gains, maybe 2-5lbs lean mass, lose 3+% bf) I think ive found the best combo. Can't find any other cycles on it so I decided I may as well put up a log so we can all see how it goes.Unfortunately i gotta wait for a paycheck to buy the stuff and I'm paid bi-weekly so likely I won't be able to afford the cycle for another week. Anyways critique if needed let me know if i'm missing anything.
starting stats-
wt-206lbs
bf%-15% (according to navy tape measure method)
height- 5ft9
bench-300X4
Smith Squat- 315x8 (had back problems so dont do free rack anymore)
epistane- 20mg (day1-5)/ 30 (6-14)/30/30 (maybe 40 the last few days)
winztrol- 150mg (all 4 weeks)
support supps
cycle support- (1 serving a day)
Red Yeast Rice 1200 mg
Silymarin (Milk Thistel Extract) 1000 mg
NAC 1200 mg
Hawthorn Berry 1000 mg
Saw Palmetto 300 mg
Policosonol 20 mg
Celery Seed Extract 150 mg
Nettle Root 250 mg
Idebenone 100 mg
PCT- novedex xt 2caps/2caps/2caps
Diet- Very clean and restricted calorie (its the easiest for me to count calories). I essentially eat 5-7 meals a day, 2 of which are protein shakes, 2 lean cuisine and 1 or 2 that is mainly meat/veggie. My main goal here is to maintain strength and lose bf fast w/out sacrificing strength/muscle much.
