My Tren +Methadrol+ EQ-JET HULK STACK!
The Hulk Stack Log!!!!!!
Well Tomorrow is my first day of my hulk stack that was mentioned in another board by Vaughn which intrigued me. I am not new to ph's or AAS. I have done alot of things through out the years, but this is my first stack since my pec tear and shoulder arthro. Since being cleared to lift months ago I have really put back on alot of good lean muscle, and am really lifting heavy again. The pec and the shoulder feel great and I feel its time to start dipping into the stash. My form is one thing that contributed to the tear of the shoulder and the pec, so its something I have really sharpened up and really focused on since being back in the gym.The Hulk stack will be this
Week 1-4 P-Tren 60mg
Week 4-6 Methadrol 20mg
Week 1-6 EQ-JET 600/800 mg
along side will be alot of staples heres the list
added B-6 and B-12
added milk thislte and hawthorne berry
My PCT is going to be strenuous to say the least. I have nolva torm clomed and hcg all on hand and enough to share with half of my neighbor hood lol..
I am really looking forward to start this.
Here are some stats alos for you guys. so you guys can see that im not some 20 yr old kid doing this
32 yrs old
Past cycles of phs/AAS are M1t, 1/4ad, h-drol superdol p-plex epistane, Test-E, d-bol. I am really trying to back to 195 which is what I am hoping for. I am really expecting some major strength gains during this which I am excited for and its really going to help with building my confidence in the gym and keeping me focused on heavy lifting again, but doing it with controlled reps and FORM!!!

Todays workout went really well. Did chest and tri's and heres the workout
flat bench DB press 75x10, 80x10, 85x10, 85x8
incline DB press 60x10, 65x10, 70x10
cable crossovers 60x10, 70x10, 70x8
flat bench flys 45x10, 50x10, 50x10
dips 3 sets of 20 20, 20, 20 just body weight
tricep pulldowns 140x10,150x10,150x10
reverse pulldowns 40x15, 35x15, 30x 20
Really good workout now off to work!!!!!
Weight is 180 on the dot today.....
Well Did shoulders and abs today was a really good focused workout to say the least. I will be waiting 10 days for weight updates. The shoulders felt really strong today which is still something that I am having a hard time with when it comes to confidence levels on how to lift or what is safe. I know what my realm is at this stage but I have a hard time not letting my ego get the best of me which is something I really cant afford. Its a dam chess match persay mentally sometimes lol... but here is the workout from this morning
Seated DB press 4 sets 50x10,50x10,55x10,55x8
front lateral raise 3 sets 20x10, 25x10, 25x8
side lateral raise 3 sets 20x10, 20x10, 25x6
front raise with 45lb plate 20x10, 20x10, 20x10
shoulder shrugs w/db's 100x10, 100x10, 100x10
standard crunch 3 sets 50, 40, 30
hanging knee raise 3sets 20, 15, 12
been averaging around 3700-4200 cals for this cycle which is very controlled I will have some cheat meals once in awhile but wont go crazy....
Well I just got up and gonna try to get some food down. Had a rough night last night felt like I was gonna puke all night but I never did. I have a real bad case of heartburn and acid flux, its been an on going problem for years. I ve tried everything and nothing truly works on a consistant basis but I guess Ill see what happens.... Ill post workout later on today
Well workouts went real good today did back today and cardio heres how the workout went
T-handle rows 4 sets 130x10,140x10,150x8,150x6

BB bentover rows 3 sets 135x10 3 sets
lats pull downs 3 sets 120x10, 130x10, 140x8
20 minute ride on stationary bike and 15 minutes on rowing machine
Really feeling more focused and energetic in the gym. The pumps with the P-tren are really nice. cant wait for a few weeks when the bold and tren really start!!

Weight is UP!!!!!
Well weighed in this morning at 183(+3 lbs) even on empty stomach and bareass. So needless to say i was pretty stocked. Body already feels fuller. granted I know its only been a few days but my body has been in such a transitional stage of being PH free that I was hoping that early stages of weight gain would partake. Did legs and bi's today and it was brutal. But the pumps are really becoming insane. Here is the workout

seated incline curls 25x12 3 sets
cable curls (lying flat on ground) with bar. 3 sets 100x10,110x10, 120x10

leg extensions 3 sets
Workouts were great today and am really happy with my posture with the squats. Pumps are unreal and lets hope the increase weight progresses througout the early stages ...
Strength is coming back in all areas!!!!!
Todays workout was really intense! Maybe the best one yet to be honest. Went and bought hooks today to use for deads and db rows and they worked better than I thought. I have really small hands and at times its harder for me to grip the bar so it was really pleasing to lift alot heavier today. I did back to and abs and went well here is the workout
DEADLIFTS 3 SETS 135X15, 185X10, 225X8

REVERSE INCLINE FLYS 20X12, 25X10, 25X10

Still taking in between 3700-4000m in cals a day, but appetite seems to be lowering. I hate stuffing myself but ya gotta do what ya gotta do, any suggestions to increase appetite would be apprecaited, never had a problem with eating just sseems weird this time around....
Well today i have to go to court for child support issues, and visitation. Not sure if ill be working out today even though I was gonna do chest. Just slammed down a pretty good size breakfast of 6 whole eggs, 3 cups frozen hashbrowns, 2 pieces of bacon and 16oz. glass of milk.... Maybe adding black hole this week to cycle to help with appetite but off to court I go
Best Workout Yet!!!!!
Well I am totally stoked tonight guys. I did chest tonight and my strength is through the roof for only being 4 months after surgery. I watched branch warrens video clips last night as he was preparing for the arnold and it was so motivational after knowing that he had that tricep tear and to have him say how quick he recovered and how more intense his workouts are was just inspiring and it pumped me the fcuk up also lol... here is the workout

butterflys 3 sets
It was my best workout since I came back 8 weeks ago by far. I things are really coming together. My muscles looker fuller, less time between sets... its definately coming......
Today was a complete off day... Been busy at work tonight and i needed a breather. i have shoulders in the morning and some mild cardio. I will post that workout tomorrow.... Weight will also be updated tomorrow also I kind of curious if I have gotten anything else.
Fridays workout was another great one for me and I can tell the tren is kicking in cause strength gains are really getting good. Did shoulders and mild cardio and it was awesome.

Well Gents the past few days have been busy, my girlfriend was out at sea and came back yesterday and I didnt really have time for much. I did get a real good workout in the last 2 nights and weight is still increasing. I can tell i am getting leaner, but to be honest i am really trying to add mass with minimal bf loss . I am already in the single digits as it is so i am really saving that for my next cutting cycle before summer hits full force. But here are the past 2 nights workouts.
Monday ( chest/light tri )
incline db press 65x15, 70x12, 75x10 (going roughly at about 70-75% of max) only exercise that still scares the **** out of me since "THE TEAR"
flat db press 85x10, 95x10, 100x10, 105x8
incline flys 30x10,30x10,35x10
flat db fly 40x10,45x10,45x8
decline hammer machine 3 sets
wide lateral chest hammer 3 sets
tricep pulldowns 140x10,150x10,160x10,170x10
Weight is increasing by the week, which you guys can tell by the numbers. I have that full day pump now which I love but its not just the feeling, the muscles are alot more full, and the striations in the triceps, delts and upper chest are looking great. My muscle memory has really helped so far with this stack, which I was hoping it would.

Been a busy long day so far i am still at work and kind of sore from doing back yesterday, so i might take today off, But if I dont its suppose to be leg day which i think i would like to do fully rested considering I had a long at work lastnight and not much sleep. but it remains to be seen
Sorry for the long delay in reporting guys but I have been extremely busy @ work. We have a big audit coming up this week and I havent really had time to just sit and report on my training. I am not going to log my workouts for the the past few days. I can report strength is through the roof!. Weight is up to 188 and climbing. I will be adding the methadrol within the week but I will log workouts from tonight here it is
