FIRST CYCLE with thyroiditis

Hi guys
I ve planned to do my first cycle. I will use

Test-E 500mgs/week for 10 weeks
i will use Arimidex, @ .25-.5mg EOD
PCT 14 days after las tinjection NOlva

I ve got a doubt. I ve been diagnoside with Hashimoto Thyroditis and autoimmune disease of the thyroid. At the moment the ths, ft3,ft4 value are in range so my endo said i dont need thryoid hormone.
I was wondering if running a cycle would have a negative effect on my condition.
