ok im done with first cycle of m1t now for the month off id like to try and cut up a bit. i have searched around and never really found a good thread on what kind of cycles and of what people are using to lose the fat. im saying like using t3,clen, ucp-1...... i need a good cycle for the defined look.

as usual i dont know what id do without this site....

oh and by the way does someone have a link for the article on what dosage to use nolvadex,post cycle........... thanks again
