19Nor & Hairloss??? But, How?

Someone on bb.com posted this:I did a cycle of 19-nor(my first) about a year ago, during the first week or two my hairline moved back about a 1/2 inch.

Now, I'm confused. I thought Nor was not androgenic and held very little risk of hair loss. Is this the one unlucky bastard in 1000 or am I way off base??

This may be concidential, and perhaps this individual would have loss the hair anyway.
