First real cycle - 16weeks - Test + SD frontload
90kg - 200LB
27 Years old
Training 5 years, serious 2
I started training at when i was 75kg 5 years ago.
Reasons for cycle
I'll be honest. I want to look good, be strong and be healthy. I used to be a Personal Trainer and i could dedicate my whole life to training, eating properly, helping people. I used to always have a training partner. This is my week now
Work - 10 hours a day.
Training - when I can
Partner - I wish
This is a personal log for me to keep track of what I am doing. I can track my weights, strength and follow-up on what works and doesn't. If people want to comment sure go for, but I aint a newbie. I'm not a big guy by any means.
Due to unknown quality of product I am choosing to use a number of different compounds during my cycle. It's very hard for me to find a 'legit' source.
Broadly, the cycle is going to look like this.
Superdrol 30MG each day
Clomid on hand.
HCG , to be decided when.
ATD, after week 2, 25mg EOD
I will also be using test cyp/enth on weeks 3/4 and 6/7 to see what I 'feel' if anything as different. I can't guarentee my T400 or Sust is legit, so I'm trying to add that as part of the log.
I've been extremely lazy lately and not been training legs properly. I moved countries on my own, changed jobs/gyms etc and I let some stuff fall by the way side. I don't think I look that bad, I'm still fairly strong, but I let the team down on my Deads, Chins, Squats and Row's. This will all be included in my new detailed training program.
I'll be alternating between 2-3 twice daily sessions a week (every 3 weeks), so it will look like this.
Week 1 : 4 Days (Push/Pull/Legs/Push)
Week 2 : 4 Days, 2 twice ( Push/Push, Legs, Pull/Pull, Legs)
Week 3 : 4 Days (Push/Pull/Legs/Pull - Heavy)

Flat Bench : 100X6, 90X8, 90X8
Incline DB Press : 36X8, 36x8, 36x8
Dips : +25X8, +25X8
Close Press : 70X8, 70X8, 70X8
Skulls : 42.5X8, 42.5X8, 42.5X8
Workout Time : 45minutes
Results : Great workout, didn't feel like I did enough volume though, so I will add in DB Pullovers at the end of this workout and add an extra set on Dips.
hey bench 100x6, is that dumbells or on each side of the barbell?

Hi, all weights are metric, ie Kilos, as used by most of the planet.
I know this is mainly a US forum though, so i should probably put both up.
Oh and the bench press is very weak yes. I haven't flat benched in over 2 years. I normally push 50Kg dumbells on flat press but have moved to flat bench as a change up. We'll see how that goes.
Week 3 - Quads/Hams
Please note, I tore both my quads before christmas and therefore couldn't walk properly for a while. Also, I couldn't train legs for nearly two months, so I am coming back to this with very weak legs. I felt great after this workout, so I think i should use more weight this weekend when I train them again.
Squats : 6 X 15 (60KG)
DB Lunges : 3 X 8 (22kg)
Hamstring Curls : 4 X 15 (25kg p/leg)
Leg Extensions : 3 sets 15 till failure.
Week 3 - Mid week - notes on gear
I did 3ML shot on Sunday afternoon, which consisted of the following:
1ML Test 400
2ML Test cyp 250
I think the test-400 is underdosed to around 300mg from reports. Compared with what I was doing
1-1.5ML test 400
I think the sust 'feels' better. I could feel more of a difference during the week and the day after. With this cyponiate, I don't feel **** really. Very strange, maybe its bunk? I'll do the following this week
1ML test 400
2Ml Test enthanate.
I'm also running lisinopril at 20mg a day to keep the BP under control. Weight was stable yesterday at 66.4kg. I am eating probably 1000 less cals than normal today, as it is cardio only. Eating around 5-6K a day at present.
I've been reading Anabolics 2006 cover to cover again, always discover something new in that book As such, i'm modifying my cycle to include Deca at weeks 5-10 at 400mg a week. I may stretch that out depending on results at week 10. Also, anyone here mix their HCG with saline rather than bactosteric water?
Week2s 2-3 I ran clomid at 50mg a day. I've swapped to novedex Xt today, 2caps a day for the next month.

Week 3 - Back/Biceps
Deadlifts : 100X12, 120X10, 120X10, 120X10
Chins : 6 X 5
Dbell Row : 32X10 (3 sets)
Barbell Curl : 1/2plate a side 3X10
Incline Dbell Curl : 16 3X8
Considering the quad injury and no deads for two months, I was happy with the dead. I'll go to 3 plates next week, as it felt fine.
I'll be adding the cardio I do each day into the log also.

Last day of Superdrol was yesterday, thank ****. Not the nicest compound but very effective.
Mill Press : 50X10, 50X12, 50X10
DB Front Raise : 16X10, 160X10, 16X10
Rear Delts : 8X15, 8X15, 8X15
DB Shrugs : 40X15, 40X15, 40X15
Side Lat : 14X12X3 (controlled)
Excellent workout. Shoulders are a bit sore, biceps are sore, about time. Gotta get these arms to grow over 16' one day Shoulders is probably the one body part that has been overdeveloped before. I stopped training it a while ago to let the chest catch up, which is has now.
My main focus for the next month is back and legs, I'm going to try and get legs in twice a week.
Week 4 / Day 24- +7KG (15LB)
Injection last night - 800mg Test
Because of my suspicion of slightly underdosed gear, and not sure of legitimacy, my 'label' injection is 800mg, no idea what the real dose is. It consisted of this:
1ML Test 400
1ML Test Enthanate 250mg
1ML Sustanon 250
All into right shoulder.
**** this one hurts. It's the sustanon, everytime I inject it, the site hurts for days, this time its spread down my arm near my bicep a bit, and over onto my real delts, it hurts to move my hand above my head, or to the touch. This happened also when I injected into either quad with the sust. Any one got any ideas on this? it will subside in a few days, but I couldn't swim today because of it. Oh well, you roll with it
Sunday training - Helping others and fixing my lagging parts
On Sundays I always take someone to the gym to help them out, either a younger guy, or a girl and help them get fitter / bigger whatever. I used to be a PT and I miss it, its my way of giving something back. People helped me a lot to get where I am. Anyway, my training today
Squats : 60X20, 60X20, 80X10, 80X10, 80X10, 80X10, 80X10
Leg Extensions : 30X12, 30X12, 35X12
Dbell Curls : 10X10, 12X10, 14X10, 16X10, 18x10, 18X10
Hamstrings Curl : 20X20, 35X12, 35X15, 30X15
Cable curl : drop set
Squats felt great, could have gone heaver, just didn't, due to still coming back from quad injury. I'll be interested to see how I feel in the morning after my run and that will determine whether I will go back to 2plates a side squats. Either way, I'm happy with how the weight is progressing and legs have already improved slightly in size. My jeans are tighter anyway.
I'm considering whether to go with Deca or Equi in the coming weeks.... Or even not to use it and just go with straight test. I'm glad to be done with the SD, that stuff is not one to make you feel super human (not for me anyway), but its very effective. I'd like to be more sure of the gear I have and get my dose down to 600/750 range, but hey, you do what you can do. I've been running Novedex XT for a few days now, nothing to note their. I hope it can do a decent job of estrogen issues, I'd like a little less bloat.
Libido is ridiculous. Ridiculously high. I didn't sleep Friday night as I had a girl over. You can guess the rest. I had trouble taking one of my shirts off after the gym the other night, FINALLY my back is getting wider
Anyway, time to eat and rest.
Week 4 - Day 25 (+7KG) - Chest + Triceps
Arm pain was intense tonight from sust shot, but you gotta push through
Flat Bench (Smith): 100X8, 110X8, 120X6, 120X5
Incline Db : 36X7, 36X6, 36X5
Weighted Dips : +20X10, +30X8, +30X6
Skulls : 42.5X15, 42.5X15, 52.5X10
Pushdown : Massive drop set
Pullovers : 3 sets, slow, controlled
Woke up, didn't feel sore from legs on Sunday or Chest/Triceps last night. I need to continue to up the poundages and/or volume. Leg's I'm going to go heavier today, Chest/Triceps I'm increasing volume, but keeping the weight the same.
EDIT: Its the afternoon now and I'm damn sore I'm used to DOMS like 12 hours after a workout, seems I'm getting them 24/36 now, may just be body adaptation to different style of training.

Week 4 - Day 26 - Cardio Only
Easy 5Km run this morning. No weights today. Lowered the calories also.

Meal 1 : Shake after run
Meal 2 : 10eggs, + bowl of cooked oats
Meal 3: Beans, Eggs, Rice, Vegetables
Meal 4 : Cut sandwidches
meal 5: Eggs, Vegetables, ham
Meal 6: Salmon, Vegetables
Week 4 - Day 27 - Legs
Deep Squats : 3 X 15, light set, but ass hitting my heals
Leg Press : Did like 8 sets, worked up to the heaviest on the machine
Hack Squats : 3 Sets, getting used to new equipment
Deadlift : 100X10, 100X10, 100X10, 140X10, 140X8, 140X5
Hamstring Curl : 20X15, 25X15, 30X12, 35X12
Great leg workout, tried to go for a run afterwards, but just cramped up. Not feeling too tired atm, will see how tomorrow/next day goes. I need to get my squat weight up substantially, however, I'm still keeping the best form I can. I'll see what the Osteo says tomorrow about lower back / quad issues, But I think next week is going to be stella.
Deadlifts felt great. I haven't deadlifted in sometime (quad injury), so I was happy to be up at 3 plates a side again, and for reps. Next session will warmup with 1 plate, 2 plates, then see how many sets I can do with 3 plates, and hover here for 1-3 weeks, then go up in weight.
I'm really try to keep the food clean, limited alcohol intake.
Meal 2 : 10eggs, + bowl of cooked oats
10 eggs? good to see that im not the only one that overdoses on eggs! hahaha! good luck with the cycle bro!
Week 5 Update
Test : 600mg
Deca : 200mg
HCG : 500iu e3d
Dropped 2kg,.... very strange, must be the SD fully clearing my system. Been a bit tired last two days. Training is still going well, strength seems to have levelled off. Going to go to 400mg Deca next week.
I'm planning on running a Sustanon 250 and Superdrol (M-Drol, to be exact) cycle within the next month or two. I've been getting a start on stocking up my arsenal and getting everything outlined. I've had a few people suggest using Test E or Cyp over Sus250. Which would you recommend?
Week 4 - Up 8 KG (17LB). Very ON
I haven't been posting daily updates, been too busy training and working. However, London is snowed in today, so I've got a bit of time
I'm about a third of my way through this cycle and I'd like to report my findings (mainly to myself), so far.
DON'T kickstart with SD again. It stopped me being able to run and I find I need to run to keep my b/f low and eat what I want. Next time, jump it with dbol and see how that goes.
Keep Test 800-1000mg, seems to be the spot.
Deca is your friend. So far, i've already felt the deca working, joints are getting really fresh.
This girl I'm seeing tried to put her hands around my biceps again this week and was like WTF, they grown 3-4cm in a week. I'm like yeah, I just started training arms again after not doing em for like a year, that and the gas
The pumps atm are INSANE. So painful, but so worth it.
so ur running deca at 200mg/week? really nice gains so far, and u still have a long time ON....enjoy it!
Sunday - 250mg Sustanon + 250mg T Enth or Cyp
Wednesday - 400mg Test400 + 200mg Deca
I've never hit 100KG, its a bit freaky Clothes are getting really tight, even around waist, which sucks, but its part of the fun I'd love to cruise at this weight whilst dropping some bodyfat, we'll see how that goes. If I can up the cardio enough, then that might happen. But its snowing here and work is busy, so the weights must take priority.
I'm pretty confident the sustanon is real, I can 'feel' it.
I think the T400 is underdosed.
I have no idea about the cyp or the enthanate.
I'm a bit bloated sure, but not what you'd think from 900mg a week on a first cycle, so I'm inclined to think I'm probably running 400-600mg actual test. I have no way of knowing though.
I take your point, I could lower the test, up the deca, but I just don't want to I haven't got any estrogen sides, or any other issues.
Week 7 - + 22LB / 10KG
Well, well well, I got rather large My suit doesnt fit...
A lot is water weight, some is fat, some is muscle, to be expected.
I'm going to cut some calories and increase my cardio, keep the size I have attained whilst losing some bodyfat. Shouldn't be too difficult on cycle I think
No complaints so far.. Thinking of adding Tren at weeks 10-16, thoughts anyone?
I'm getting sore again in workouts which is great, I've had to increase the volume, getting up in the 15rep range. Man the pumps hurt but they're great.
