Help with my cycle

I am Planning on running a cycle but i am confused on what i should take. ive been reading that epistane is a decent mass/strength builder and isnt that toxic. Anyone have any advice on what i should take and how much of it?

If i am going to take the epi i would run it 20/30/30/40, and i do have the PCT set for it.

Stats:
21
5'9"
156lbs

Goals:
10-15lbs of mass

My diet:
4k calories a day
200-300g of carbs per day
200-250 gram of protien per day

I have also done a 4 week cycle of 4everfits D-Drol in the past. And have been lifting around 3-4 years if this info helps.

Diet and cal intake seems good, Epi dose is also good. I personally wouldn't go higher then 40. I'd take milk thistle with the stuff to be on the safe side. I didn't go serm with this but then again I never went past 30mg a day. I spread the dose 1 morning and 2 30 minutes prior to workout.
