About me: I've gone from 28% BF at 285lbs to about 20% BF at 275lbs in the past 6 months. I've been doing the Anabolic Diet most of that time, with a 2 week stint on the Velocity diet and a 2 week vacation mixed in there. I also did a 2.5 week cycle of Superdrol at 20mg ED and am on my fourth week of PCT and right now I'm up 5 pounds and look a little leaner than before the cycle.

Th-Shoulders, Chest, Arms
F- Glycogen Depletion Workout (from the Anabolic Diet)
I've been taking in about 3200 cals ED. 65% fat, 35% protein. Lots of Fish Oil and red meat fats.
Here's the next cycle I'm looking at starting in a couple of weeks. I have 2 bottles of pre-ban M4OHN and some M5AA. I'm looking to keep building muscle while continuing to lose fat.

Week 2 MWF- 40mg M5AA 32mg M4OHN
Week 3 MWF- 40mg M5AA 40mg M4OHN
Week 4 MWF- 40mg M5AA 40mg M4OHN
Week 5 MWF- 40mg M5AA 48mg M4OHN
Week 6 MWF- 40mg M5AA 48mg M4OHN
Week 1 PCT- 40mg Nolva ED
Week 2 PCT- 40mg Nolva ED
Week 3 PCT- 20mg Nolva ED, 2 caps Lean Xtreme ED
Week 4 PCT- 20mg Nolva ED, 2 caps Lean Xtreme ED
I've never tried M4OHN, so I'm not sure about these dosages. I don't think I have enough M4OHN to do real cycle of it (180 caps, 4mg/cap).
Questions I have:
1. Has anyone pulsed M4OHN? I didn't see any logs.
2. What ancillaries would experienced pulsers recommend for non-steroid days?
3. How many more calories (if any), do pulsers take in on pulse days.
