Ok so a little low down. I haven't been on in awhile or in the gym for a month! My diet was whack and I was gaining fat/losing muscle! I'm pissed! I gotta get back at it since I haven't takin this much time off in a year or so (because of work). So I'm hittin it hard for 6 week cycle of trenadrol and epistane! I had a good luck with trenadrol and epistane seems like a great combo because of it's effects on curbing gyno. The stats/supplements are as follows:
Weight after last cycle: 183
Weight Now: 172 (damn that sucks)
Time off: 1 month 3 days
Supplements:
-Kilo Sports Trenadrol (60/60/60/60)
-Epistane
Supporting Supplements:
-800mg Milk Thistle
-3g Vitamin C
-Multi
-Multi Mineral
-Hawthorne Berry
-900mg Fish Oil
-CL GreenMag
-CL Purple Wraath
PCT:
-Arimatest
-GreenMag & Purple Wraath
-Vitex
-Have Clomid on Hand if needed
Diet:
-High protein, medium fat intake for absorption of Trenadrol (15-25g per dose of trenadrol)
-350g Carbs
-250g protein
-3500-4500 Calories per day
-3-4 meals a day with a gainer at night and post workout protein/carb shake.
Workout:
Sunday: Chest & Triceps (found this worked well for ME)
Monday: Off
Tuesday: Legs & Abs
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Back and Biceps
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Light cardio
Will try my hardest to keep posted on diet and workout.
