Ok so a little low down. I haven't been on in awhile or in the gym for a month! My diet was whack and I was gaining fat/losing muscle! I'm pissed! I gotta get back at it since I haven't takin this much time off in a year or so (because of work). So I'm hittin it hard for 6 week cycle of trenadrol and epistane! I had a good luck with trenadrol and epistane seems like a great combo because of it's effects on curbing gyno. The stats/supplements are as follows:

Weight after last cycle:
183
Weight Now: 172 (damn that sucks)
Time off: 1 month 3 days

Supplements:
-Kilo Sports Trenadrol (60/60/60/60)
-Epistane

Supporting Supplements:
-800mg Milk Thistle
-3g Vitamin C
-Multi
-Multi Mineral
-Hawthorne Berry
-900mg Fish Oil
-CL GreenMag
-CL Purple Wraath


PCT:
-Arimatest
-GreenMag & Purple Wraath
-Vitex
-Have Clomid on Hand if needed

Diet:
-High protein, medium fat intake for absorption of Trenadrol (15-25g per dose of trenadrol)
-350g Carbs
-250g protein
-3500-4500 Calories per day
-3-4 meals a day with a gainer at night and post workout protein/carb shake.

Workout:
Sunday: Chest & Triceps (found this worked well for ME)
Monday: Off
Tuesday: Legs & Abs
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Back and Biceps
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Light cardio

Will try my hardest to keep posted on diet and workout.

-Pre workout is MHP Trac (it works good for me)

-Post workout Shake is 40g Whey, 56g Carbs, 16g Casein
-Trenadrol two doses of 30mg Daily

So far a gain of 6 solid pounds in 5 days!!!! keeping my protein intake around 225g a day and carb intake around 325g.

It's the trenadrol not tren extreme. Trenadrol is dosed at 30mg per dose and I love it! I did a cycle before and the muscle hardening and strength gains are amazing. I'm doin 60mg a day with 20mg epi. It's coming along nicely.

Weight: 182.00lbs.

Diet:
Eating cleaner than my last cycle. Gained some fat from my past tren cycle and I don't want that this one. I'm still up weight but I'm keeping my meals to high protein, medium carb, low fat but when I dose my trenadrol, I take the dose with 15-20g fat per dose. Chicken and fish is all the meats im taking in along with veggies and two shakes a day one post workout and one at night.

Strength:

Strength is going back up to where I was last cycle. I'm still down a little because I took a month off but Im only off about 5 lbs on my heavy lifts.

Libido:
No hit here haha Girlfriend keeps asking if I'm taking anything cause my libido is up. Didn't have any problems last cycle with trenadrol either.

good luck with ur cycle. can i ask why u took a month off?
