| Registered User | cutting cycle ok here is my story. ive workout my entire life. im 5'7" 180# 35 years old. i just got serious about 2 years ago with my training. i was at 240# and cut down to 180. im stuck here. i want to lower my bf and keep my muscle. i have ran 1 cycle previous. test e 500mgs/ week and deca 400mgs/ week the strength gains were awesome and i gained some muscle. i started this cycle when i hit 190#. went to 207#. i started to cut again in june.i have lost some strength and muscle since then. im actually 178 now. my bf is probably around 17-18% here is my cutting diet: wakeup-egg beaters,2 turkey sausage, 2 pieces of wheat toast oatmeal around 10 am workout pw chicken breasts with vegetable and 8 oz of cranberry juice 2 hours later - natural peanutbutter sand on wheat dinner chicken or turkey or steak , veggies, salad with low cal italian dressing evening snack-protein drink with skim milk or piece of meat. looking to shed some more bf without losing the muscle. thinking of test prop 100 mgs eod. any suggestions would be great! thank you in advance. |

| Registered User | Prop @ 100 EOD would be great....if you want to run something else, you could run EQ with it....its mild and wont overwhelm you with sides... holy |

| Registered User | Clen is very individual...some people can get up to 200mcgs, and others cant get past 20mcgs....you'll have to asess you own tolerance and go from there...start with 20mcgs once a day, and then go to twice a day...then go to 40mcgs twice a day, etc... holy |
