Order #4472/4499?

Hello I have order before on NP but I used a new account. I emailed customer service and did recieve a order and verner told me that it was shipped. I am very puzzled at this becuase I never recieved a door tag for fedex or anything like that. I am very concerned and the last 4 times I have odered from NP I had never went through this. As I have read on another thread it said that you need to recieve a conformation email for the NP account before you can order. I never recieved one could this be the problem with the delay?
