What does this taste like? What about the consistency? Also, is 12g of carbs per serving correct? I thought we want minimum 30-40 or up to 60-80 post work out?

I'm a firm that believer the mega-carb up is not needed.

It mixes OK in a shaker cup and tastes rather good IMO.

Agreed. Once I exhaust my stock of WMS I will be making ONE a staple. One jug would last me almost two months so it works out to about $25 a month which isn't bad at all.
