Couple of Announcements for my AM friends

December was quite a month for me, personally.

The 13th was my court sentencing date for the whole fiasco I went through starting last year. Very happy to say that incarceration time was avoided and it went about as well as it possibly could given the circumstances.

So on the 15th I left for a much needed vacation to go skiing in Colorado.

So, How was skiing you ask? Well it was fantastic, thanks so much for asking! I mean I kept myself from getting wrapped around any trees or other people...and I got engaged!

Yeah, I know this is a bodybuilding forum...a man's forum; emotional drivel need not appear, right? Well tough, you're going to have to bear with me here.

The last run of the day, we took the lift up to the highest peak they had there: about 13,000 feet. With our group taking scenic pictures and the sun setting behind us, it was just about the greatest stage I could ask for. What you see below is the actual event as I arranged someone to capture the moment for us...she was pretty shocked. She's an amazing woman and I am extremely blessed to have her.

Yes, this is photoshopped just a tad as I removed a snow-cat machine.

Thanks to everyone at AM.com and here's to making 2007 a fantastic year.

I'm glad incarceration was avoided and very glad in your new engagement! Here's to the making of a great 2007. Welcome home.
 
Congratulations. I hope you and your fiance have a wonderful 2007 and future together. Also, I am truly pleased to see that you legal issues have passed.

So you avoid incarceration in prison but trade it in for another form via engagement? Congrats?!? :)

That is some awesome news on both counts!

The absence of pain is pleasure...and getting the legal troubles behind you eliminated a very real pain for sure...and now with your beautiful bride to be you are most definitely set to enjoy all the pleasure life and well-founded love can bring.

I see nothing but blue skys and clear sailing for you my friend.
 
That's great to hear/see. May you and your wife have a life free from hardships, and it be joyous and full of abundance in all aspects.
 
DAMN I'm late as hell on seeing this thread!

I was just thinking I wonder what happened with Matt and the court case.. and baddow.. and yer now engaged! BADDOW BADDOW!!

Not many people talk about moments like this on here! It's a great change of pace reading something like this.
