Magnesium glycycl glutamine reacts with water?

Every time I put some of the Mag-Gly-Glu I got at CNW it makes a loud hiss, like there is a chemical reaction and you see the powder"dissapearing".

any idea what's it all about?

ns on taking it? shoudl I take it would a base like skim milk or maybe an acid like vinager?

That's just oxygen being released by the magnesium-oxide part of the compound as it comes into contact with H2O aka water, mate.

Nothing to worry about.

It tastes absolutely horrid, but I definitely can tell tha difference in sleep/recovery/CNS function versus that of regular Glutamine while cutting.

I saw no benefits other than favorably changing tha PRAL of a meal while bulking.
