I really like the idea of the Bulk supps so I want to give them a try. There is so many to choose from. SO Ill write a list and see what you guys think for a pre/post shake

After reviewing this again I think Ill make it a little more cost effective

Would this be a sufficient stack for strength
 
I would say that the jury may still be out on cissus WRT how effective it is for strength. Everything else looks fine.

I've gone as high as 12 caps for a training split or two and never noticed anything in terms of anabolism.
 
How well does it heal tendons. I armwrestle professionally and if Cissus works it could be a staple in my supplementation
 
I feel that Cissus works better as support for joints/tendons/ligament lube. Now if you're not experiencing pain from the heavy lifting in your joints then obviously you'll want to continue to go heavier each time and it writes off the joints as a factor setting you back on your goals.
