In a nutshell, All American Pharma thins the patent they have on Kre-Alkylan is infringed upon by the patent Albion Labs has on MCC.

Attorneys for AAP sent out letters to smaller companies, including myself, saying we would be sued if we continue to sell MCC. Funny that none of the larger users of MCC nor Albion have been contacted in the same manner.

If you think this is really messed up, I urge you to let AAP know.
