Dosing ranges from 5-10g but start off with the lower dose. AFAIK it's an insoluble "fiber". I hear that gas is often a side hence why you should start with a low dose.
It does not apparently help with IBS or candida so I'm not quite sure what benefit it will have.

Where are you studies on this? Are you basing this on it being a insoluble fiber or do you have other reasons? I have looked into this and there just isnt enough evidence proving it dosent add to bad bacteria (which it very may well) and we know it does add good bacteria. I could go either way after further research, but adding it with a decent good bacteria is a pretty safe bet.
