I was just checking out the flavor system available at CNS at was wondering if anyone had any success mixing flavoring with say 500-1000g's of BCAA's.

I was looking into it, but it really isn't that much cheaper. If you just want BCAAs, you should just go bulk. I have a kilo and they don't taste bad at all. Just mix with 8oz of water and it's all good.
