Product Request B-Androstenetriol

Mat,
I would really like to see B-Androstenetriol (active in ALRI Retain and Thyrogen X). Would this be possible?

Anyone who wants to see this in bulk please bump this thread!! Thanks.
 
Very possible, yes. Just a little worried because the active dose is way small. Any other interest in this?
 
Matt I would be thrilled if you could get this as a standalone. I have used it in the past and had much better results then in Retain. Of course the dosage was slightly higher I think also, but as far as anticatabolic effects I thought it couldn't be beat. ALSO I used the unmethylated version and it was more effective then when I used Retain. I also had some Clen type side effects from Retain.

It is strange that I had better results from the non methyl so maybe it was only because it was a slightly higher dosage but I wonder if this is one of the times that addind the methyl group changes the tertiary structure of the molecule in a negative way?

I have to go back and check. I just remember it was higher becasue I went through this at the same time that Retain came out. I was asking around everywhere if there was anyone that carried it as a stand alone but at the time no one had it. There is some pretty good research out there on it.

Retain is a good product but for me I still got the Clen type side effects, shakes, etc.

I will try to go back and look up the actual dosage I was taking. I wish I still had that hook up.........now that i am out of the lab science business.

So everyone wants the NON-methyl version, correct? ANy particular reason the methyl would not work?
 
Well, I don't want everyone to just rely on my reeccomendation. For me the non methyl seemed to work best. But I think we should all do some more research on the topic before giving a definate answer to the question. My vote is for the non methyl (I am pretty sure most of the published research is on the non-methyl) but I also don't want the responsibility for this one all by myself. :)

Interesting but not exactly on point. There is tons of research on its effects on protecting against radiation damage but hopefully most gyms are not radioactive.
 
by the way Unitas what brought this to your attention. I first started looking into it when VPX first came out with their original Paradeca, Decavar, etc. prohormones. At the time I tried them and then later used other prohormones of the same type, 19-nor, androstenediol, and never got the same effect as I did on those original ones as far as anticatabolic effects (for a cutter). THen later on I tried the VPX products again and still did not get the same results. I went back and was able to find out that the original VPX products had androstenetriol in them and in the later versions VPX dropped it (for some reason). Then as I said I had a connection to the raws directly from a lab where my cousin was working and they were doing one of the immune response studies listed on pubmed. He was able to source some of the androtriol they were using and I was a lucky guy. Then the study ended and also my cousin took another job so about a year ago I tried to find any supplement companies that carried it as a stand alone. As I said I tried Retain but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for.

Actually, you did. Way back when ALRI had a subforum here, a retain thread was started and you mentioned you had used BAET with really good results. Then, when ALRI released Retain, I first thought that is had to be really underdosed anyway, despite being a methyl, and concerned wether or not adding a 17a methyl to BAET changed the chemical structure at all, which I am betting it did. I think ALRI thyrogen uses BEAT and it is unmethlyated, but Im guessing its a weak dose at best.
I am also curious how this would work in a transdermal.

I just wish there was more information on its effects at supressing CATABOLIC activity of cortisol in muscle. There is a decent amount of info about it supressing cortisols effects on the immune system but I am not sure if we can directly extrapolate that it has as good a result at supressing cortisols actions in muscle tissue at the same relative dosage. Because we will have to figure out dosage on this one.
 
I want this stuff! non-methil version has literature and can be used transdermally, so non methyl is preferred imo.

The methilation would change the substance. If you read all the posts about this stuff, you will notice that people had the best results with non methyl bAET, which is also what has been used in the referenced studies.
 
Was wondering what to stack this with, seeing how I won't be using it in a PCT, possibly just as a standalone or in a diet stack.
