4 times a week, 20 min cardio on epiliptical machine

2500 cals ed
250g protein/ day, mostly complex carbs.................40% carb/ 40% protein/ 20% fats
Short Term Goal:
Im currently cutting, and i have lost 12lbs in the last 3 months using ECA, cardio and dieting only. Im looking to get mt Bf to single diget
Long Term Goal:
220 lbs at 9% BF before the end of 06
