I'd compare it to a soft-core SD, it's the same product as Max LMG/Revolt.. I wouldn't go higher than 75mg ED, 125mg killed my libido but it came back once I tapered down to 75.. Run for 4-6wks, eat lots of food, get strong as hell..

Friday: Chest/ triceps

4 times a week, 20 min cardio on epiliptical machine

2500 cals ed
250g protein/ day, mostly complex carbs.................40% carb/ 40% protein/ 20% fats


Short Term Goal:
Im currently cutting, and i have lost 12lbs in the last 3 months using ECA, cardio and dieting only. Im looking to get mt Bf to single diget
