Here a better question because I never tried the stuff...Does this supplement upset the stomach?
it shouldnt i did just fine with it. are you lactose intolerant? that might lead to some stomach aching, if so maybe look into Elite whey from Dymatize its supposed to have an ingredient making it easier on those that are lactically challenged.

To bad the tubs arnt any bigger i go threw them too quick. Need a 10lb bag!

Oh yea heres an idea how about a 5 or even 3 pack sample of different flavors that we can purchase. 2 scoops (serving size) in just ziplocks we pick the flavors and you ship them??

Holiday flavors? How about pumpkin pie. Personally, I would like to see a turkey and cranberry sauce flavored protein. MMMMM, Thanksgiving in a protein shake.

I'm lactose intolerant and have no problems with MM.

anyone had the mocha joe? I'm trying to get my wife to gain some weight and she loves coffee..i'm sure if it tasted like coffee she'd drink it, shes a bit hesitant on any other flavors...maybe the chocolate mint...

It's pretty good, similar in flavor to the Dymatize Cafe Mocha.

Both would be good choices. Can't go wrong with MM. Although, I'm not a huge fan of Chocolate Banana Crunch.

Pumpkin anything is amazing
I agree the Banana Nut Crunch was disappointing :burger:

oh the Mocha Joe is really good - it has a fair amount of caffiene bewarned

went ahead and ordered the mocha joe muscle milk for my wife...i figure if she doesnt like it, then i'll use it.... thanks for the input guys...cross your fingers that she likes it, she needs to put on a good 15-20lbs as she is too skinny, so i'm trying to find ways for her to put it on without forcing a ton of food down her throat...we'll see how it goes.

Root beer float is amazing with water or milk...however I was dissapointed with the taste of the Peanut Butter Chocolate

I want to see MM make a honey dew flavor. Right now I got strawberry banana and chocolate peanut butter. I like them both just as I have every MM flavor I've tried. Think I'll try egg nog or chocolate caramel pecan next.

I'm thinking about trying this product since you guys giving it a thumbs up.

But

I was reading the supplement facts about this product and it has 162 calories from fat and 8g of saturated fat, from one serving. {Now, I know why you guys say it taste so good.}

How many of you guys gained some fat from using this product? or gained a gut from sucking down this product?

The saturated fats come in the form of MCT's. MCT's are not converted to fat, instead they more closely mimic the function of carbohydrates and are used as energy. I wouldn't worry about it too much. If anything you could use it as a cheat, because MM is that good.

Nate - I once believed that but it's not true :(

MCTs first gained prominence for treating persons suffering from fat mal- absorption, pancreatic deficiency, or stomach or esophageal diseases. Researchers found that MCTs, because of their better solubility and motility, underwent a rapid hydrolysis by salivary, gastric, and pancreatic enzymes. Consequently, they were able to reach the liver and provide energy much more quickly than long-chain triglycerides (Guillot, et al., 1993). There was also some evidence that MCTs reduced lipid deposition in fat stores compared with that resulting from LCTs under identical energy intake conditions. However, this is no reason to believe that ingesting these oils in excess will not result in a positive energy balance which the body stores as fat. MCTs, like regular oils, like regular fats, have nine calories per gramme. Even though they are metabolized differently, using them in excessive amounts will add inches to your waistline.

Sweet jesus. I should neg rep you for bringing this to my attention. Oh well, you're only young once.

it's debatable - I mean its less the MCTs - and more your metabolism. Like this summer, I'd eat an entire carrot cake (1400calories) and wash it down with Cookies N Creme MM. Thus I got fat. Pete drinks 2 of these day (one first thing in the morning I think) and he's alright.

4 weeks left of Fat Camp! I've lost over 20lbs of fat and 3.5inches of garbage on the waist

if you eat healthfully and still insert 1 cheat meal a day - let it be MM. just not post workout

I'm not worried about it really. I can't get fat. And I usually drink them in the morning anyways.

^^^^
Just don't do what I did. I'm going to try the egg nog nog nog - once I get to 34-35"

Hmmm, that what I thought. {Not in so many words :)}

It getting harder each year to maintain my built and it's even harder to bounce back after a bulking cycle. I was thinking about adding a couple of these muscle milk drinks to my bulking cycle but that MCT is changing my mind.

I have been giving myself a cheat day for a year now. I sometimes give myself two days out of a week. The days I take is normally the weekends because that when I hang out with my friends or eat over my family members homes.

A healthy balance of fats (MCT, Omega3-6-9) should help.. I'd even add some Sesamin, I'm a big fan of healthy fats.. ;)
