Pre-workout supplement, 5 (10capsules) servings b4 workout, will last for 30 workouts for 35 dollars PILLS PER SERVING: 2 TOTAL PILLS: 300 INGREDIENTS 7-HYDROXY-DHEA 20mg CAFFEINE 58mg GLUCURONOLACTONE 30mg HORNY GOAT WEED EXTRACT (10% ICARIIN) 600mg GRAPE SEED EXTRACT (95% OPC) 100mg L-ARGININE ALPHA KETOGLUTARATE 350mg NARINGIN 12mg this will last for around 2 months cause i workout 4 times a week 2. Pretty much the same as drive just with some other stuff i would take 5 servings a day of this as well...3 servings in the morning and 2 servings b4 my workout... this will last for 2 months (cause im buying 2 batches) as well...for 75 dollars PILLS PER SERVING: 2 TOTAL PILLS: 600 INGREDIENTS COLEUS FORSKOHLII (20% FORSKOLIN) 100mg URTICA DIOICA LEAF EXTRACT (1.5% PLANT SILICA) 200mg GRAPE SEED EXTRACT (95% OPC) 50mg 7-HYDROXY-DHEA 20mg L-CARNITINE L-TARTRATE 500mg THEOBROMINE 100mg i will also be taking 1 gram of AA everyday for 50 days during this 2 month cycle...hoping for a recomp/fat loss cycle... so i was wondering if the nettle extract is even worth putting in there cause id only be taking 1 gram a day of this...i was kinda hoping it would have a slight SHBG binding affinity as well as get rid of some water weight...or should i just take it out and put something else in...the reason why i dont get divanil in there cause it just costs toooo much... or should i just pick up some bulk nettle root with my AA |

I would drop the 7-Hydroxy I see no need for it for what you are doing. If your making a test booster just stick with that. For preworkout there is tons of combonations. Buy going by what you have I would use this. AAKG Icariin Grape Seed Extract Caffiene Naringin If anything I would add some L-Norvaline for pumps, Alcar and some notropics. I would go with one or the other of Caffiene and Glucuronolactone. Leave out Forskohlii it is better in a test booster, and if your not taking it all the time it will cause some gas and bloating issues. | Registered User | i have the 7-oh-dhea in there for cortisol control...my daily total of this would be equal to 4 capsules of reduce XT...and im stuck on having the forskolin in there for the upregulating effects of Camp and Cgmp... this is actually my knew one Grape Seed Extract (95% OPC) 50 MG 7-Hydroxy-DHEA 20 MG Theobromine 100 MG Coleus Forskohlii (20% forskolin) 100 MG L-Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate 250 MG i take three capsules of this in the morning with breakfast then the other two capsules b4 my workout with my preworkout stuff... im going to take 5 capsules of this EVERYDAY... |
